Have only had my carpeting cleaned and it went very well, and looks good. Drying time was as expected, and carpeting nice and soft. Plus, the tech was neat and didn't leave me a big mess.

Garrett was great! Was right on time, worked hard , and our carpets looked great. We did see one small area that didn’t turn out so great and he came out promptly and he insisted on cleaning the entire room. The room looks great.

Carpets were thoroughly cleaned and they felt softer than they did after being cleaned by any other company. The tech was cleaned up after he was done and made sure there was no dirt or spills on any surface adjacent to the carpets.

Corner covers we’re not used until I noticed half way through and requested. The technician hung the hose from my banister scratching it and dropped vacuum on wall denting it. I was told zerorez would contact me about the damage but never was contacted.
