my carpets needed stronger cleaning agents in certain areas

We called this company after it was recommended to us by a friend. We are so happy that we called. The gentleman that came to the house was very polite and punctual. He informed us what exactly he was going to do and what he was going to use on our tile floors. The floors look brand new, and I am sure the new home buyer will think the floors are new.

I would recommend them as well especially if you have tile floors and want to make your floors shine like new if you are moving out as your final clean out service.

Quality work and service.

I was told that I would get before and after pics and I didn't. I requested that not the A/C stay on but the fan start on and it wasn't. The ceiling fans were on but that didn't cover the entire house. I was hoping that they would recommend a neutralizer for the pet urine, but they didn't. We have a senior dog that hit potty pads but had fun offs. I called and asked about these items and no one called me back. They commercials say that they don't leave the carpet crunchy and crispy and it was rather crunchy and crispy. I was moving out of a house and hoping that they would of done a better job. I just hope I don't get charged for the property mgmt to do it again 😫😖

Tried to get auto radio and none in stock. 1/2 hour going in circle. Am going to cancel sirius.

Prompt and availability.

I wanted my tile floors and grout cleaned and the rep said he could do it but my grout looks just as bad as it did before it was cleaned. Plus the rep missed spots so the floor looks really spotty. I'm very disappointed with zerorez and wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone.
I honestly don't think zerorez should be cleaning tile or grout because it doesn't work.
The only resolution to make things right
at this time is to refund my payment because a second cleaning will not work. Tile and grout need a specialized cleaning, not steam cleaning and he should not have led me to believe otherwise.

I didn't realize there is no scrubbing of carpet at all. There is still a black mark on the carpet not from traffic area..

It was easy to schedule and Kavo was wonderful. He was professional and polite and very efficient. He explained clearly what the process was and asked good questions so that we could decide what best to do. I would ask for him again next time I schedule.
