Your focus on my needing to clear the room is an issue. If I have a house full of furniture, clearing the room may not be an option. I had issue with your staff, telling me a piece was heavy, but it needed to be moved and I had to do it. I left it where it was, because it was heavy and I had no where to put it, however I ended up moving it because they made an issue of it and the only place I could move it left very little room for me to get around it. I also had issue with paint being taken off of my baseboard and nothing being said about it. I had just painted it a day or two before the floors were cleaned, so I know this was done by your technician. An acknowledgment was all I wanted, I knew there was nothing they could do, but it was so obvious and their silence was very loud..

All of this said, my floors look incredible and they did a great job.

Lack of chemicals and odor-

The fact that my carpets aren’t crunchy, after they dry

It took way to long for my carpets to dry. My closet was still damp after 24 hrs. I also felt it was way too expensive for the area rug.

Carly was great and quick and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

We love the carpet cleaning but when we get our estimate online it's always much lower in price than the amount the technician quotes. This time we asked if there was a military discount and found out that it could be applied to our total. That was helpful and appreciated.

Love Zerorez! Love empowered water and you take dirty water with you. No soap, no crunch.

Techs are very nice, but ask too many questions. Makes customer feel as though they are doing most things wrong. But, we work through that.

I had intended to watch Treyvon for a little bit because I wanted to see the process of cleaning our carpets but also to see how dirty they were but I didn't want him to feel like I was just watching over his shoulder so I went outside to work in the flower bed. The next thing I knew, the motor shut off to his truck!! He was already finished!!! So I only got to talk to him instead of actually seeing the process. Treyvon was very nice and polite and answered all my questions. The next project for Zerorez is to clean our tile and grout but some repair work has to be done first; then Treyvon said they would come out and clean the tile and grout and then seal the grout. Also, the invoice we received via email was very detailed -- how much each thing cost individually -- and I like that. The carpets dried really quickly and are soft to the touch. Thank You, Zerorez!!!

You don't use soap or chemicals that bother my allergies

The technician was nice and seemed to do a good job cleaning my sofa, no problem there, but I guess I was expecting more from Zerorez. I thought my sofa would stay smelling fresh and clean, however, after it dried, the dog smell came back maybe 45 mins later 😞 I’m not super upset, but for the money, I don’t think I will use your services again.

Technician Louis is the best. He's thorough, detail oriented and does great work.

The service received was a mattress cleaning. The whole process was very quick and took no more than 20 min and the mattress looked exactly the same once the technician left. He said it was a white mattress so it wasn’t going to look clean. I don’t feel like my expectations were too high, I at least thought we’d see a visible difference on the mattress itself but I feel as though he simply vacuumed it and called it a day.

Technician, Matthew was very professional, and our carpets look like new.

Ryan, who delivered our service, was very knowledgeable about carpets and able to get out tough stains. He was right on time, courteous and the cost was reasonable.

I love Zero Rez, because my carpets always come out clean and beautiful afterwards. They never feel crunchy after they dry, like with traditional soap and water carpet cleaners. And I have always had excellent technicians come out and do the work. Never had a problem, they are always quick, efficient, and accommodating.
