Alex showed up at the earliest time of the 2 hour window. Sent a text to us letting us know he was 5 minutes away. We live really far out of town, which usually means we don't get the best "service". Cause let's face it, who enjoys driving 45 minutes for a job out of the way from the rest of you're main route? He treated us extremely well, was super professional, and was overall just a good guy. Same goes for the office staff who scheduled our service! The work he did was thorough and took exactly the time it should have to do a solid job. The price was more than reasonable. Please have someone call me! I need to know your steps of cleaning. At this point I think steps were missed and there was issues with the pressure on the truck which left my carpet extremely wet. Took 24++ hours to dry and the carpet doesn't look clean.

The technician Jacob provided extraordinary service in explaining the process clearly and was very professional and cordial. The process worked very well in cleaning my tile bathroom floors.
