Professionally done with great results
Zerorez is 2/2 for me with amazing customer service and amazing work. This time my service technician was Trayvon B. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk around with me to address my concerns. After he was done our carpets looked amazing and any stains that were there he got out. We will continue to use Zerorez for all our carpet cleaning needs!

I used them for the 1st time ..I will never use another company ..the carpet turned out better than the other company's I have used ..they are the BEST !!
I was quoted an extra one hundred dollars for the extra treatment for pet urine, and at the end it was suddenly two hundred dollars. I went ahead and paid it. However my carpet still smells like pee. It's almost as of the carpet cleaning reactivated the pee. I can't believe I spent hundreds of dollars for this.
