Every Zerorez tech that has cleaned my carpets displays professionalism, courtesy and a practiced skill in carpet cleaning. I have depended on Zerorez once a year for the past 4 years and probably every other year for at least the past 16 years. I see no reason to experiment with other carpet cleaning companies.

The people are friendly, curteous and know carpeting. My carpets come out very clean and look great. I have also had my grout cleaned and that was also a good job.

Customer service is amazing, scheduling is so easy and they have a flexible schedule. I love how clean my carpet is after. No crunchiness or weird odors. I have been using Zero Rez for years and will continue to use them and recommend them.

Just wasn’t satisfied with the stain removal. Even the small stains in the carpet were not removed.

The grout cleaning was incredible, but that's not what I originally hired you for. It was to clean one room in my house and remove pet odors in multiple locations. That job was disappointing. The worst spots didn't even look as if they were treated. We had you do our upstairs awhile ago and the results were amazing. This time I spent way to much money for one room of cleaning and my problem still exists.

Very personable cleaning personnel. BUT he could have been a little MORE thorough...he seemed to be in a BIG HURRY! FOR the most part, he did a GOOD job.

We have used ZeroRez for years and, since we have pets, successful odor removal is a huge reason we keep coming back to you. However, this time, I can still smell the urine in the living room. NOT as good a job this time and I'm disappointed.

The carpets are not very wet when you are done cleaning them and they are very clean. Service is fast and friendly staff.
