Cleaned our tile and especially the grout so well they looked almost like when they were laid years ago. They guys were great. Told us what they were going to do before starting and took care not to damage our house or anything in it. Plus they were pleasant.

Good effective cleaning
12714 W Aster carpet had to be replaced. I don’t relive your carpet guy should have done the work when he knew the stains wouldn’t come out. And I had to pay in advance. Not a good feeling.
No chemicals used and tile and grout come out like new!
The service person and the results
Cody did a great job. He was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The furniture is now back in place and everything looks great! We are very satisfied.
Very happy with the results of my carpet cleaning. Technician was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. Carpet had a pleasant smell and looked clean. Carpet was not dry when we went to bed which was 8 hrs after technician was done but was dry in the morning.
The billing had an issue. It was resolved but was way more effort than it should have been.

Alex did an absolutely amazing job and is a genuinely nice guy. We thoroughly enjoyed having him in our home. He was great around our pets and children, who can be challenging to maneuver around, especially when coming in to perform a loud, disruptive service. The quality of service was excellent compared to carpet cleaners we have used in the past. Everything was explained to us before work began so we understood exactly what we were getting. Our carpets look amazing, much better than they have after previous treatments. The cost was very reasonable, even compared to lower quality services. I highly recommend Zerorez and will absolutely use them again in the future!
