I like that my floors come out brand new every time, that there are no harsh chemicals/smells involved, and how pleasant your representatives are. Beau was great!

There is no awful odor. I am very allergic to perfumes and their smells. Zerorez does not have these which is so good for me.

The technicians were very polite and timely. I would not use this company again simply because it doesn’t clean the carpet well enough. The horrid smell left for hours afterward as the carpet/pad dried was awful as well.
