Joshua Dyer, the carpet cleaning tech who came out to clean my carpets, did an absolutely superb (!) job. There was some serious discoloring or staining in several high-traffic areas in my family room and in my master bedroom. After he completed Zerorezing my carpets, any sign of those traffic areas' discoloration/staining DISAPPEARED! It was like magic!
My carpets that were cleaned just about looked like NEW again! The result of his masterful work was much better than I expected it would be. I would have him back any time to clean my carpets with no hesitation. He even got me a small discount on the total cost of the job.
It was money well spent by me. And I have regained a feeling of pride in my carpets again and I have resolved I will NOT neglect regular vacuuming which I have done for a number of months prior to his coming out recently.
