Our technician, Alex, was on time, very personable, and made appropriate recommendations for our situation. We've used Zerorez in the past, and have never had any issues with their methods. They protected wall corners and were mindful of furniture. We would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.
my floors doesn't look if they were clean at all! This is the first time I've been disappointed! maybe its because I had them done with the weekend crew. not happy!

These guys were spot on from jump. From scheduling to reminders and timely arrival, this is how a company should be run. Their work ? The best we've ever experienced in over 30 years of having carpet cleaned. Our carpet has never looked or smelled newer or more fresh than the day we purchased our carpet. Need carpet or tile cleaned, Zerorez is the company to call, no question. We'll be contacting them in the near future to clean our tile. We're so happy we used this company !

The technicians that show up are always polite and respectful. I have been using Zerorez for years and they always do a fantastic job. My carpet has a quite old and showing it’s age but it never fails that after Zerorez leaves my carpet looks so much better. The quality of work is unsurpassed and the company has a reliable, professional, courteous staff.
