Focus a part of your business on the upkeep of your equipment and fleet. This is the second time one of your trucks left oil stains on our driveway. SECOND Time! After the first I swore I would never use your company again and have used competitors on numerous occasions. However, your recent ad about adding tile cleaning caught my attention, so I relented and made an appointment for a small area to be cleaned - as a test case.
When Mojave arrived in a van with a broken windshield I had flashbacks of the first event and asked him if the truck leaked oil. He indicated they get a different vehicle each day and he was not aware of any problems, so I grudgingly agreed to let him park on the drive.
When he came into the house I told him up front I was a skeptic about the ability to clean the tile to the degree my wife would be satisfied. I had a test area laid out and told him to start there and we would see if there was any value in going further. My wife (the KEY) and I were blown away by what we saw after the test area was cleaned. WOW WOW. We added nearly the entire house to our work project and poor Mojave was here until after 7. He is a Rock Star!! Could not be happier with him or the process, but your vehicles are a disgrace. If you can't maintain your equipment, you can at least lay down a pad where the trucks park. Home office needs to get its "stuff" together to provide support to great technicians and what appears to be a good cleaning process. Our neighbors are asking how things went as they are looking for similar services. I highly recommend Mojave and the cleaning process, but you will need to park your shoddy vehicles in the street - or in the next neighborhood. Not sure your hoses are that long.

Zeroez has always done great work on my carpets. This time they cleaned my two recliner chairs. Trayvon was great. He was professional and kind enough to explain why some spots would not come out in one of the chairs. He really tried. I so appreciate him.

I will be getting the grout on my floors cleaned next month.

Nathan was great

I like that my carpets do not feel crispy after cleaning the carpets. When I called to book my appointment, I had a card with promo codes. I asked the person when booking about costs and the promo codes. She said I had to talk to the technician about the promo codes. The day of our appointment, the technician said I had to book online or call call the front office. So there was a little confusion on pricing. I can only hope I did get the protector upgrade with my carpet and rug cleaning.

I am happy with the job that was performed, my only complaint is that I have not receivede an inovoice of what was done and a receipt for payment.

Honestly the review if for Ashley. She was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with the floor situation I have going on. Unfortunately the pet solution didn't fully take care of the cat pee but.... That's cat pee for ya. My carpets will need to be replaced due to the lingering smell. For now it's tolerable and the cleaning gives me some time to get funds together to replace the carpet.

Dave, the technician was very knowledgeable about carpet and fabrics. They were able to give us an accurate bid and set up a convenient time on short notice. The work was done efficiently and carpets look great with no residue. Also did a denim sectional for my son that was very soiled. It looked like new when he was finished.

A great service at a reasonable price. My service technician was Jacob and he clean all of the tile in our house and what a difference it made. He verified the work to be done and the cost involved as well as keeping me informed on how things were going in regard's to any problem areas. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
