The techs were very thorough and polite. My carpets look very clean. Because we have dense carpets, the tech went over them a couple of times so they would dry quicker.

Our technician was Nate. We received top notch service from the moment this jolly red head knocked on our door. Not only was he professional & friendly but he was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the carpet cleaning process. He went above & beyond, left and us with a bottle of the Zerorez cleaner, and even got us a discount! I told him he would get a 9.9 rating because hey, no one is perfect! Thanks Nate for making us raving fans of Zerorez and we'll ask for you next time.

My son bought a house that had previously been rented by tenants who abused the carpets and tile flooring. Knowing that Zerorez has built a reputation for cleaning without leaving a residue I decided to give them a call. Charles was extremely thorough and helpful as we discussed room dimensions and what I wanted done. He also reassured me that the process was safe for pets.
We scheduled the tile first. Frankie arrived on time and was very thorough as well double checking dimensions etc before beginning the work. Frankie was quick, professional, and did a fantastic job especially on the ugly discolored grout. I paid extra to have sealant applied. The tiles look wonderful. I can’t wait for my next scheduled appointment for Frankie to return and clean the carpets. I’m confident I will be just as pleased with the result.

The only thing I would suggest is to be more clear about is pricing in site.
When my husband requested “sealing of the tiles”. He walked into the other room came back to see the tiles were not sealed only the grout lines. Not cool. Especially since I had specifically had that conversation with the customer rep ahead of time. She said normally we can only do the grout but the guy will see when he gets there based on the material.
Since he said it was a composite not natural stone (obviously we are not flooring specialists) it could be sealed.
Anyway it made the price so very high.
That confusion cost us a lot more than what he thought he was getting.
I have shared your company info with at least 3 others because of the cleaning that is so beautiful but really that sealing info should be adjusted.
Looking forward to using you in the future!
