Worker arrived and his equipment broke. Worker was here 3 hrs waiting for a part to continue to work. His own supervisor couldn’t give him an eta or update for customer.
We were hoping to get pet smells out of the carpet. We were warned it may not work and it did not. 3 days after the cleaning, when the smell still hadn't subsided, we ripped the carpet out.
Once again Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning my carpeting and for the first time an area rug .
No sticky stiff fibers after cleaning, just soft CLEAN carpeting.

I like that your technicians are able to clean the carpeting thoroughly and don't have to use a residue to just push the dirt down but the system they use takes the dirt out of here.
