We paid for the pet enzyme treatment in two problem rooms, but it still smells like pee. Not happy about that since that was the whole reason for getting our carpet cleaned. But they did a great job on our sofa.

It would be great if you could give your technicians a portable credit card charger. The kind like they have in restaurants. I was unaware that you did not take checks. If you told me on the phone I did not remember. Your link was down the day you came out here and so the tech could not put my credit card info in his phone link. Which I was not thrilled about. I don't give my credit card number out. I feel that is unsafe. So I had to call your office and it took 20 minutes for anyone who could run my credit card to come on the phone. Meanwhile the tech could not leave. Very inefficient way to do business. Give your technicians credit card charges so we can watch them swipe the card.

The young man who cleaned my carpet & tile did an excellent job, even wiping up excess water on my floors. He was very informative, meticulous and polite. I believe his name was Justin, but I'm not sure! Anyway, I hope to get him again next time!
Our tech guy, I’m sorry, I think his name was Frank, was great. Very polite and did a good job. As far as the cleaning goes, so far so good. I haven’t vacuum yet to see if all the spots that could be lifted did come out. But over all very happy with the service.
Our tech was friendly, informative, answered my questions and was timely.
The tech, Austin was courteous and thorough. He let us know he was on the way, and the took the time to explain what he was doing in each room and how long it would take. Carpets look great.
