I just feel like your product did not clean the carpets. The two workers were wonderful. I just was not impressed with your system

We thought the initial cleaning was great, until the carpet dried. The next day, dark spots showed up. We reported this, and were treated very well with the second cleaning, which took out the dark spots and left the carpet clean. Thank you for this service.
Quick drying and no residue
Several liquid spill spots in our five year old beige carpet were removed, making the carpet look nearly brand new. We appreciate the fact that the carpet cleaned by zerorez does not have that cleaning product feel to it - it actually feels fresh and clean. We trust the process that zerorez uses and we appreciate the professionalism that tech Cassie showed while she was in our house cleaning three rooms of carpet.
