I like that this company doesn't use chemicals or cleaners that can leave a residue.
Service and cleaning was done perfect. Setup was a little off. They do not like velvet fabric. A lot of manufactures will use the term velvet but it’s still a microfiber material. They were very quick to dismiss me as a customer.
The technician spent 20 minutes cleaning 3 bedrooms. He started around 8am and I was paying him at 8:20. That is 6.66 minutes per room. There is no way he spent the quality time really going over the carpets slowly to really deep clean them. It was a Wham Bam Thank Ya Mam kinda job. I will never use Zerorez ever again and I will not recommend. I was outside doing yard work and really didn't think I needed to micro manage him to do his job. I'm so tired of trusting contractors to do the right thing only to be disappointed time and time again. Do I really need to watch every move you guys make to make sure you're doing your job?
We are very satisfied with the great job done by Nickolas on my mom's carpet. They were like new again. We will definitely be using ZeroRez for our future carpet cleaning! Thank you!

We have used Zerorez a few times. They are always on time and professional. They do a very thorough job. The job we had done this time was tile and grout cleaning. Brandon was fantastic. He called when he was on his way, explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. He was very professional and friendly.

Useless. I had to clean my carpet myself after they left for the 2nd time. At which the water was dark brown using my at home Hoover carpet cleaner.

The technician was nice, courteous, and professional. There are a couple of tiles in our kitchen, however that were scuffed up because he used an abrasive brush attempting to remove a spot. It is noticeable and he was checking with someone for possible fixes. I would like a call back to see what will be done for the situation.
Your staff is so nice, respectful and they listen to what areas I need to have them work I’m. I also like the fact that you don’t use an excess of water during cleaning. The carpet dry fairly quickly and look look ‼️‼️‼️
We are pleased with the product. The service of the technician was top-drawer!
However, customer service is lacking. I was not pleased with the follow-through on my communication regarding the appointment time. I asked for an afternoon appointment, sometime after 12:00. My zerorez text-contact agreed and set the appointment for Monday, 1 p.m. Then, 2 days before my appointment when I received my reminder it said the tech would arrive between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM!! This was not the appointment time I requested and proved very inconvenient. The tech DID arrive at 10 AM and we were not prepared. Please, whoever does the scheduling, listen to your customers, meet their requests when you ask to be invited into their home with your product and service.
The guy was nice, but only had the traffic areas cleaned and they don't look much cleaner than before they cleaned.
Your technician was courteous and very thorough in his work. The result was even better than expected. I will use your services again.
