I am very pleased with Zerorez a couple of months ago I had my carpet cleaned by Jeff . A few days ago I requested Jeff to have my grout cleaned again amazing work!!

Although it seemed to me that the cost was a bit higher than I would've preferred, every other aspect of the service was excellent: good communication about scheduled service and appt time, knowledgable and experienced serviceman with expertise, friendly and accommodating customer service, and timely and efficient service.

My furniture looks terrible! My recliner feels stiff. My other chair is still Your employee complained about his job the entire time stating he couldn’t wait to quit. He sprayed my floors and baseboards more than my chairs. He just made an entire mess of my other chair. Then he just left.
Product has performed well on very old, but high quality carpet. We feel your cleaning method has extended the life of the carpet. Personnel were very courteous and helpful in making certain we were satisfied with the total project.
Not only are my carpets cleaned extraordinarily well, but the people who work for you, such as Tyson who did ours, are extremely professional and friendly. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

The tech did a fantastic job. He was here on time. As we were showing the carpets, he paced corner protectors. He carefully brought in his lines and equipment. When finished, the carpets looked new. He explained his work and made suggestions. He was polite and we will use your firm again
