I like the floor scrubber machine. I like when it’s a two person team and they are in and out quicker. They always do good work and the price is reasonable. I hope you take good care of your employees and they are payed fairly. I hope you train and equip your employees well for their profession.

My tech, Alex, did a marvelous job on my master bedroom carpet and living room rug. They look like new even though the carpets are 9 yrs old. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable in removing all the ground in dirt of the heavy traffic areas. And no residue! Love Zerorez!

Nathan was the technician that serviced the room I needed to be cleaned. He did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable about certain processes. Nathan was able to walk me through his process and answer questions I had about the process. I would highly recommend zerorez. I am extremely happy with the outcome.

Alex came to our house to clean our carpet and tile. He was able to get the pet smells out AND showed us that our beige tile/brown grout was actually mostly white 🙃🫠😆 Alex was on time, very kind and did such an excellent job!! He definitely went above and beyond! We are very very pleased with the work he did today 😀 Thank you Alex and Zero Rez, its like a brand new house!!

During our move out, we used Zerorez to “clean” our upstairs carpet. In the 5 years we had lived in the townhouse, our kids had some accidents with markers and paint while doing crafts. Additionally, there were a handful of spots where slime or other sticky substances had stuck to the carpet. When the technicians arrived, they stated that they felt they could get these spots out but it would be an additional $100 from previously quoted price of $288. The supervisor stated they would not charge this if they couldn’t get the majority of the spots out. We agreed. After the carpets were “cleaned”, the technician stated they couldn’t get any of the stains out of one room and none of the sticky spots were removed, yet we were still charged the extra $100.
I decided to treat the spots and use my spot cleaner to see if I could get the spots out. The majority of the spots came out immediately. If I was not required to provide a receipt to my landlord at move out, I would have cleaned my own carpets. The technician provided the worst carpet cleaning we’ve ever experienced.
