They do a good job cleaning
Prices for area rugs and furniture are really high
Ryan, who is fairly new to Zerorez, did a stellar job on our carpeted rooms and kitchen tile. In fact, I can say, he surpassed even the senior techs I have had. He also spent more time and attention to our job, getting the maximum moisture out of our carpet. I hope he is available when time for our next cleaning.
My only negative comment and does not reflect in any way on Ryan is the oil leaking truck provided by Zerorez. Our neighborhood waited 25+ years to have our streets repaved and your truck leaked oil in the street on our newly paved street!!!!
The representatives Alex and Tyler did a superb job! Alex was extremely knowledgeable of the company, product and process. He kept me updated on each area. Hats off to them for making my carpets clean m, looking good and smelling great! 🙏🏼😇

Naggi (sp) did such an excellent job in the carpets and tile floors! I added many more rooms if tile and he cheerfully did it all. The floors all look very good and clean! And the house smells fresh but not scented. Excellent value too.

My husband and I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP of Alex Taylor and Brady Caspers. Our 2 rooms of carpet are 23 years old. They made them look clean and when it was dry carpets were soft. Also, I had 4 rooms of 23 year old ceramic tile cleaned. It came out very clean, especially the grout. I want to comment that Alex and Brady were very customer oriented, efficient and plesant.
Carpet cleaners arrived earlier than scheduled which worked out great. Cleaners were courtesy and provided helpful information. The stain was completely removed. Thanks much. First name removed
