Very professional and did a thorough job. Unfortunately the pee smell in one area wasn’t able to be resolved despite paying for the extra treatment, but they did their best! It’s likely in our subfloor.

Great guys doing work. Ramone and Shaun. They were knowledgeable, conscientious, efficient and hard-working. I have used other services but those other companies use chemicals and soap and don't get all the chemicals/soap and water out of the rugs so there is a chemical smell. Also, my experience has been that they do NOT dry in a couple hours like Zerorez does. In addition stains that were "removed" came back but not with Zerorez!
So nice to hv CLEAN carpets .No residue, and that makes me happy! Tyler did a superb job. He is a very polite and personable young man. We appreciated his service very much. We would lv to hv him back next time ,when we need our carpets cleaned. Thank you Zerorez for great customer service too. Very reliable and honest company
After carpets dried, I noticed some stains which didn't come out. Additionally, the grout is still dirty in many areas. I scrub an area by hand and was able to get the dirt out. Overall, I would say the carpet and tile are about 70% clean.

Everyone I spoke to was professional and knowledgeable. The individual who came to the door exactly on time, he explained, listened and provided option ( not a bed sell) based on the situation and needs I had. He showed me how it was going along the way and the results weee exactly as expected- a clean and newer looking carpet that in reality 20 + yrs old.
My husband’s family owned a carpet cleaning business, in another state, and when he saw the work done he was highly impressed.
The person doing the cleaning went beyond my expectations in professionalism and understanding and wanted me to be sure I knew what to expect at every step. He was personable, quick, knowledgeable and took care to tell me what do do and expect after he left.
