Always great people working at Zerorez, from the people who set the appointments to the people that come to your home to clean! I was contacted in the morning as the cleaner was able to come earlier to my home if I was available. I appreciated them reaching out to me. The cleaning rep was very careful to explain the process and he took care to ensure I was completely satisfied. A very good experience all around!

Employee Tyler did work hard, but carpet was crunchy in certain areas. The tile grout cleaning was not good, a lot of dirt left. I realize grout was dirty before cleaning but to spend over 600 dollars for carpet and tile cleaning and it not be top notch. Zerorez did a fabulous job of cleaning the carpets and tile in past cleanings. I will probably have to take my business elsewhere.
Very friendly, polite and professional service techs. Goes over the processes and the charges thoroughly and I love the way the carpets and tile look and feel when they are done.

The tech Eric was amazing. He knew his product well and worked hard to make my carpets look great. He offered solutions when requested and was very pleasant. The end result was very clean carpets.
The guy was very courteous and thorough even though there were only 2 8X10 area rugs. It looks a lot cleaner.
