The gentleman that came to our residence was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, courteous, thorough and a pleasure to work with. He went through every step of his visit before starting, offered great recommendations and really was thorough. We watched him go through his process, and he worked very, very hard and the results were exceptional. We hope to see him again in a future visit. We offered a tip, and he refused stating he simply wanted us to be happy with his work. If we could rate him higher than 10 points, we would award 25 points, that is how much we appreciated the finished product. We cannot recall the gentleman's name, but he visited our home on Friday, September 22 at about 10AM.

How clean the carpets and tile looked after they were completed. One thing I didn't care for was after the cost of the service I wasn't even given a bottle of there zerorez water in the spray bottle....I was told I could purchase one in a kit for an extra cost...
