Great communication. Showed up on time. Justin explained process and went right to work. He did a great job and tile looks much better.
I don't know about the products. Mr Spencer was ahead of schedule. Called to let me know of other areas that needed attention and completed the work with such attention to detail. I am very happy with his work. Spencer was very helpful

Employee was very unfriendly and rushed the job. Was only at the home for 45 minutes to clean 3 bedrooms,2 hallways, and living room. Past employees spent well over one and a half hrs. Employee kept saying he was not being paid enough and also talked on his phone a lot. After I received a text message that Zeroez would arrive at the home in 10/15 minutes, I was there in 7 minutes to let him in. Upon arrival, employee said he was waiting for a half hr.! Also, in his rush to clean, he did a poor job in the hallways.
The price they quoted was the price I paid. They came in, did a great job and they were gone. Will use them again!

I love how it cleaned my tile grout...we moved into this house a year ago...it was built in 2004. I thought the grout was supposed to look dark, but later noticed it was bone color where their furniture had been! I finally decided to get it cleaned and sealed...my Clorox clean-up wouldn't clean it!!! 🤔
My floors look SO nice now...I just keep admiring them...it looks like a brand new floor!
Joshua and his trainee took such great pride in their work, and worked hard to make my tile floors look amazing!!! Joshua believed in the product, and was not afraid to show me how well it works on other things as well...my stove front, fridge, even they sparkle! Great customer service...super friendly, and great product! (Environment friendly too)

This is the second time in four years I have used Zerorez to clean my tile and grout. They are so pleasant to do business with, from the time I called in to make an appointment, to the reminder call two days in advance, then the tech calling to say he was on his way, I am always treated like they value my time and my business. The work was done promptly and my tile and grout looks nearly new considering I have four cats and a dog that make messes every time they can. Grease and cooking spatters in the kitchen made some of my grout look a completely different color. The technician was able to get all that clean. I will use Zerorez again in a couple years to spruce things up again.
Excellent job performed by a very, nice & courteous gentleman. This company communicates well with you from scheduling the service until the job was completed. The cleaning appears to have gotten out stains & spots on the carpets. I had used them years ago but tried a couple different companies. I’m glad I went back to them.
I appreciate how professional Brian and Brady were in my home. Brian performed the cleaning and Brady assisted. Brian put in extra effort and did an excellent job of cleaning my old carpet, its looks fantastic! I am really happy with the result. Thank you!
The technician was prompt and did a fantastic job. Our carpet has been neglected for almost a decade aside from an occasional cleaning with our own residential shampooer. I had low expectations of what a good professional cleaning could do but I am trying to extend the life of my carpet another couple of years. I’m happy to say that Zerorez was able to restore some life to our high traffic areas, the carpet looks and feels so much better. Thanks for the great job!
I don’t think there was much effort to clean dirty carpet at doorway. I know it was not great, but no improvement after cleaning. We also mopped the tile due to hose, foot marks. The young man who did work was very courteous and pleasant.

I'm certain I overpaid for my tile/grout cleaning. Plus, there are numerous areas that didn't get cleaned.
