Our technician was the best! He was very knowledgeable about how to relive the stains in our bedroom carpets and was very friendly! He did an amazing job with our carpets! We will be using zero rez in the future!
I like your products because they do NOT leave any residue on the carpets/rugs or any tile floor surfaces. There is no lingering chemical odor at all.
The young man (Trey) who serviced our home was super polite and so well-mannered in addition to working very diligently all the time he was in our home. He asked several times if we had any questions and told us to not hesitate to ask him if we did have any questions. He took the time to place protections at all the corners so there would be no scratches/damage to the baseboards where he was working, He provided booties for both my husband and myself while he took us on a final walk through to make sure everything met our satisfaction.
I really appreciate my technicians help in answering my questions and was very personable and knowledgeable. I'd ask him what could be done for certain spots and he would explain how it worked and what to expect and estimates on costs. Great product, the carpet looks amazing. Wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable tech. Really appreciate the service to get it done right and quality of the product. Thank you!

I’ll just say I expected a much more thorough cleaning. It seemed liked a rushed job. For one thing, it’s noticeable that the grout in some areas was not cleaned properly, but could have easily cleaned up with a little more time or effort. Then after the floors dried, there were still some pools of dirty water that left dark blotches under kitchen cabinets and in corners. I checked for dirt with a wet paper towel, and sure enough, those blotches came up dirty. For what I paid I shouldn’t have had to go back and clean up after the cleaning service.
The guy that came was great but he was sent with equipment that didn't work. So he had to stop an hour in to his work and wait for a new piece of equipment to be brought to him to finish. I made the mistake of paying the bill before he started so he couldn't offer a discount or anything. It took over 3 hours when it should of taken less than 2. I felt so bad for the employee and that the company should do a better job of checking equipment before sending it out on jobs.

My carpets look good right now but I am waiting to see if the stains return as they have with other companies. Your rates are much higher than others but if the stains don't come back it will be worth the additional cost.

I like that Zerorez calls to notify their customers that their technician is on the way. I was really surprised to get the same technician (Jeff) that I had eight years ago when I used Zerorez for the first time. It's nice to see longevity with an employee in light of the high turn over rate these days. Jeff was even a little early.
