The quality of Zerorez cleaning is outstanding. The technician was on time and explained the whole process.
Was initially advised carpets would dry within 4-6 hrs, two days later they were still wet and a tech had to come out with fans. After a day of hearing loud fans, slight dampness on perimeter of one side of carpet.
Couple days later when putting back furniture I kneeled down and could still smell gross pet urine throughout areas of carpet. Tech came back out and cleaned and treated carpets, 24hrs later carpet still have multiple areas of pet urine smell. Some areas had less smell but many areas still smelled extremely gross!!!
I just want my money back after all the inconvenience and odor still remaining!

Zerorez did a wonderful job cleaning our bedroom carpet, we're very pleased with the results. The tech, Ramon M., was great and explained the entire process thoroughly. When the carpet dried, it was nice and soft feeling. We will, definitely, use them again and highly recommend them.
