I think the work was pretty good and the technician very polite. I inquired about having my area rugs cleaned and was shocked at your price! I will be looking elsewhere as they are nice rugs but about 1/2 of what I paid to have them cleaned- outrageous. I did think the rooms smelled very fresh and no chemical smell at all.

Service Tech was very nice and answered
my questions taking the time to explain things. He kept the tile areas clean and dry and was careful with the hoses around the walls and corners. Most importantly the area rugs and carpets looked amazing

We only use employee "Ryan" for our ZEROREZ needs. Decided to have 2 rooms with tile
to have the grout cleaned for the 1st time since the house was built, since it was obvious the tile
had never been properly sealed. It turned out FANTASTIC!! Ryan was faced with a blinding rain storm to unload equipment and while soaked to the bone never once did his professionalism
suffer.

Carpets are seriously clean. Dry quicker than other methods, carpets stay cleaner much longer, techs are knowledgeable and professional, Carpets are soft--not crunchy!
