Our technician Carly was fantastic! She was right on time, cheerful and professional. Although I thought I kept my house fairly clean, I was amazed at the amount of pet hair she removed from the carpets! I definitely need to schedule Zerorez much more frequently!!!!

The carpets looked great when everything was done and they were still wet; however, I paid for a deodorizing treatment for one room where our dogs had a few potty issues. Once everything dried, the smell came back and was worse than before. Guessing the "cleaning" process unearthed some of our pet issues which is why we had the carpets cleaned in the first place. Disappointed with the result once things dried. Otherwise, the gentleman who did the cleaning was very nice and professional.

Your process didn't get the grout clean. I had it cleaned once before by a regular carpet cleaning company and they got it cleaner and whiter. You just wanted me to spend another $300. to have it colored.
Excellent service. They go above and beyond what is expected. After cleaning the colors in my rug were so much brighter! Very happy with this company.

Technician was very thorough
Our service rep was very courteous and helpful. He did a very thorough job. We had an older dog who used to have accidents in the house before she died. This prompted my other dog to start lifting his leg on furniture and carpets in an effort to cover her scent. We wanted to make sure to get out the urine smell. He used a black light to help show us the spots that we had missed during our previous clean-up efforts. The house smells much better so far. Hopefully it will last!
