I used to have a cat that laid around on the carpet in all the rooms and my closet leaving hair and dander. Sadly, she had to be put down and now we have no pets. I think my allergies were linked to her. I called Zerorez after a referral from my daughter. I like the fact that no harmful chemicals are used in the cleaning and deodorizing process. My house smells so much cleaner and I am breathing better too! It seems like my furniture doesn't get dusty as quickly as it used to.
My technician, Joshua, was professional and informative. He answered all my questions and ensured that I was satisfied with the cleaning that he performed.

The technician did his job well. He arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. He was friendly and was warned about two areas that were stained. He was finished in one hour.
Three issues. The two spots look worse.
His machine left behind several brown specks in the carpet that we had to take hot shot spray to remove. Again. Not his fault but wonder if this occurred to other carpets
The last time I used zero Rez, a citrus smell was left behind. No essential oil smell this time. No problem….

Did a good to very good job on the family room carpet, dining area rug and master bedroom carpet. However they missed the master bath closet carpet altogether.

Our carpet had never been cleaned before. Our dog had some problems after surgery and pooped in many of the carpeted rooms. I had heard of Zerorez and seen their trucks at times in our neighborhood so I called them. Seth came to clean our carpets. He was thorough in explaining our cleaning options and the results we would get. Seth did an excellent job and cleaned everything up after. We are totally pleased with the result. It looks better than I thought it would. I would absolutely use Zerorez again.

The service technicians were great. There is one trouble spot that the grout didn’t come clean and there is a lake like smell in the home since the work yesterday. I wanted a day to go by to see if it would go away but is hasn’t. Again, the guys were great but the smell is not pleasant.

My carpets stay clean longer.
I was extremely pleased with the work done at my house. Tiles look new now and the grouts were well cleaned up. I expect to call them soon for the remaining rooms in my house.
Zerorez did an excellent job. The owner & the two men assigned to us were all very efficient and always friendly. 2 days work & then a few days of drying. We already recommended them to my sister & she was also happy with their work. The neighbors like to stop & see how good looking our garage is now!
