Technician was very professional and concscientious comcerning his work. My carpets are so refeshed and look like new.
Had a spill spot in front of couch. Cleaner said it was high traffic and he would clean it. When he finished I pointed out to him that it was still there, he said it was a shadow and to vacuum it in one direction…oh my! The spot is still there no matter what direction I vacuum. Sorry to say I am disappointed in Zerorez and will look for another cleaner next time who can get spill spots out.
