The window for the appointment was not met. The technician arrived 2 hours early and we were not home. We were trying to get an errand run and were 25 minutes away. We had to turn around and come home without accomplishing our errand.
The technician was good. But the person that scheduled the job tried to charge me for 3 rooms instead of 2. Luckily I had an honest technician. He also declined to clean the chaits I had scheduled because he was worried he would damage the fabric.
I can’t speak highly enough about this company. I won’t let anyone else clean my carpets. I am 100% satisfied every time! I have pets who spend a lot of time indoors, so I have my carpet cleaned regularly and every time, it looks and smells amazing afterwards. And the price is so reasonable!

I was a little turned off when the gentleman asked if he could use my bathroom it took him a half an hour to get here this is something that should be taken care of before they reach their destination and then asked me for a 10 or if there's something he can do that could insure a 10 really???
My first time using Zerorez did not disappoint. My all-tile floors look just as great again as when I first moved in 5 years ago. I have a strange textured tile that rips up the swiffers so this was the first deep cleaning I had. Those "people and pet dirty pathways" from the garage to the kitchen are gone! Xavier, my tech, explained the process to me and then went to work. He was friendly and professional and he knows floors! All in all, Zerorez is the company EVERYONE should be using as it provides a deep water clean leaving no sticky residue at all. Call them today! Nick B.

The carpets look great and the personnel is very friendly. He knew what he was doing and treated the spots correctly. Now my carpet looks brand new.
From the very first appointment, we were not taken care of in a professional manner. The technician that showed up apparently had a truck that was not setup properly to be in the field (according to the person we spoke to after), he spent almost 3 hours and only got 1 bathroom floor partially cleaned. We then called to reschedule a follow up appointment to have the remainder of the work done, and had an appointment booked. That time came and went without anyone coming out. We never received a phone call, but received an email saying the appointment was cancelled. We then called and set up a 3rd appointment. This time the technician came out and was very friendly, but had no idea about what previously transpired, didn’t know about a credit that was supposed to be applied to our account from the previous visit, and then up-charged us for the services despite having accurate pricing from the previous time they had serviced the home. Lastly, the overall cleanliness of the floors after they were done was definitely not what we expected, even with having all the grout sealed by them when we first moved in. Overall definitely not happy with the experience, or the results.
