Awesome service- friendly and professional!
I thought my technician was a great guy, so this is not about him. I think it comes down to price. The carpet looked good right after he did it and still wet, but the next day it just looked alright. There's a lot of hype about how great you guys are, but in the end I feel like I could have got the same results for half the price. Happiness is the difference between reality and expectations. I will say you are very prompt and professional! I appreciate that and that does have value.

Brady, the tech was wonderful. He had to accomodate us.
The PROBLEM was that we were scheduled for 11-1 and he was scheduled for 9. My husband is an invalid and it takes some work to get him out of bed and moving.

I've been using zerorez for over 10 years now and you do a super job. No soap residue in the carpet, stays clean much longer and scheduling is SO easy. Service techs are very professional and pleasant. On time when scheduled and super nice. Yep, my only carpet cleaner.

I was very happy with the work done in my home, Skyler was efficient and seemed to do a good job. The carpet looked good when wet, however, when dry there were still dirt spots in the areas where our dog sleeps. I am disappointed these did not come out. I am not sure I would use this method of cleaning in the future.
