Prompt, professional service!
The customer service was great and there was no chemical smell.
I called with very little notice and was able to get it scheduled. They were on time, polite, and did an excellent job. It was the cleanest I have ever seen my carpets.
Brian our technician was very prompt and thorough, however we spent a considerable amount on the service and the treatment actually made a pet odor problem worse since the service. We paid an extra $150 dollars for special treatments that didn’t work satisfactorily.
Tech was timely, pleasant and knowledgeable. And did a great job.

The technician Ryan was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything from start to finish. My carpets haven't looked this good in years. I have had several companies over time and no one has come close to the job Ryan did. He and ZERO-REZ are a10+ in my book.

The techs work ethics. Did a fantastic job in cleaning 2 recliner chairs and my carpet. Everything looked clean and fresh again. Very pleased with the outcome.

When I scheduled appt. That would have been a better time to inform me about extra charges. Also to inform me about options for protective coating. The man who did clean the rugs is who informed me of extra charges.

I am very sensitive to smells so I enjoy the clean products Zero Rez uses. We used a different carpet cleaning service prior and the orange smell was in our house for several days and a gave me a headache.
