We have used your company for years and the last time we used you we had to call a technician back because of the unacceptable job he had done. The next technician did the normal wonderful job so we continued to use you and this time the carpet just didn’t seem as clean. There was no clean carpet lines at all, it’s only 3yr old carpet. I don’t know if enough pressure wasn’t applied or enough solution or you changed the solution that you use but the carpet definitely doesn’t seem as clean as $200 should get. Sorry 🥺

The Zerorez service tech was prompt for the scheduled time, took careful consideration of any spots in the carpet and ensured my satisfaction with each room prior to moving on. He was very polite and diligent at his work. The carpets were left looking almost brand new.

I HEARD ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT FROM THE RADIO STATION
We have had the windows open for 2 days and the fans blasting and the rooms smell musty after the cleaning and some spots are still wet. This is the first time we have had this problem after having the carpets cleaned.
