The technician was fast, neat and extremley courtious.
Several things:
*You're always on time.
*My carpets look like new after Zerorez has cleaned them. And, as advertised, there's absolutely no crunchy feel to the carpets or any chemical smell.
*Your employees are always courteous, neat looking, and eager to do a good job--which they always do!
*Your prices are reasonable
*And best of all, your employee left me a pair of blue booties to wear until the carpets dried! They were a real time saver because they allowed me to go into the rooms where the carpets had been cleaned and I could get housework done without having to wait until the carpets had dried.
I've never used any other carpet cleaning company since I moved into this house 9 years ago, and I'll never use anyone else. You guys are TERRIFIC!!! I'm SO glad I listened to Barry Young and Michelle Larson from KFYI! If it hadn't been for them, I would never have tried your services in the first place.

I thought that the job was very well done. The man that came to the house was very nice, clean and friendly. I do however feel like I should have known more about the other "offers" (pet stain treatment and the carpet finishing spray or sealant) before hand. I was given the choice, it was not just done without my permission. But, had I know how much more they would have been ahead of time, I would have been able to plan accordingly. At that point I did not have the finances for such things.
I gave you a total of 7. I was impressed with the ease of reserving a date and time online, your subsequent contacts confirming my reservation, and the email outlining how Zerorez works and what preparation I needed to do prior to the cleaning. I was satisified with the technician and the quality of the carpet cleaning, and how clean my carpeting looked when he was finished. I agreed to take the added protectant he suggested as well. However, only time will tell how well the protectant holds up and if my carpeting won't need to be cleaned for as long as he suggested, based on occupancy and usual wear. Thanks for positive experience.
The quality of the people doing the cleaning and the results were outstanding.
I still want to see a demo of how the tile & grout would look if cleaned. The technician ran out of water so was unable to do a demo. I called your office to let them know this.

I thought that Allen was very professional, friendly and polite. He was very thorough and my carpet looked great when he was done. He walked through the house with me after completing the job and asked if there was anything else I thought needed to be done. I will use you again, thank you.
I paid $404.10 and $279 went to removing pet urine stains yesterday. Unfortunately there is still strong urine odor coming from the carpet.
The whole process only took a little over an hour. The carpet dried quickly and we were able to put the furniture back by that evening. The technician was pleasant and knowlegeable.

Well unfortunately I am not living where the carpet was cleaned so I don't get to experience it, but it was very quick and dried rather quick too.
Remove more dirt and grime.
I think u did a great job. Some of my friends think I paid a little much for a carpet cleaning. But i wanted a! really great job, on a new home purchase, just moving in.
My carpet didn't come clean and I spent a lot of money for your service. The technician told me that the carpet fibers were the problem and that may be true, but I just hoped for a better end result on my fairly new carpet. The tile cleaning was very good, but pricey. Your advertising made it sound like my carpet would look like new and that certainly was not the case at my house. With an empty room (all furniture moved out for the cleaning), I could see all the dark areas from the traffic patterns. If I had known the end result would look like that, I would not have had my carpet cleaned by you.
If the breakdown of the fibers is the problem, then you can't fix it, but maybe that could be explained BEFORE the appointment is set.

The customer service was friendly, informative, accurate and set the right expectations. I am very pleased with the outcome. We bought a foreclosure and not knowing what was in the carpet we contacted Zerorez at the suggestion of our realtor. If Zerorez couldn't have made the carpets look new again we would have had to go over our remodel budget. Thankfully, that is not the case.
It is amazing how fabulous my carpet and upholstery looks after being cleaned by Zerorez. I have a white sofa that had hand marks on the arms and food stains on the cushions. After being cleaned by Zerorez it looks brand new!

I couldn't BELIEVE how well my carpet turned out~ considering it is 20 years old and I have 3 dogs, and it hadn't been professionally cleaned in at least 10 years, it was absolutely amazing! The difference was literally night and day! I wish I had taken before and after pictures!!!

Yesterday, I purchased the "magic water" and tried it throughout the house. Unfortunately, I'm not impressed. I'm beginning to believe that your cleaning system requires the high pressure to clean. I've had my grout cleaned before by the high pressure cleaner, and was shocked at the dramatic difference that appeared. However, today, using just the water according to directions, there was no notable change in the color of my kitchen floor grout. (Ive been doing a lot of cleaning this week in preparation for my daughter's visit.) I used the "magic water" throughout the house, and, I'm sorry, I'm not impressed.
The carpet does look almost brand new and it dried very quickly. I kept the dog outside until about 5:00 PM and he was very happy to be back indoors even though it was not hot outside. But he didn't get a chance to put his paw prints everywhere like he wanted. The young man that did the job, Mason was very professional, but also friendly. I am happy with the job. If it stays clean I'll be even happier.
