Carpets in closet just do not look clean. Carpet that was cleaned vsnot cleaned are off a shade. Used twice and will not use again. 265 dollars for 2 bedrooms and 2 closets alot of money. The gentleman doing the job was very good and efficient and explained everything.

you did what you said you would do, when you said you would do it and for the proce you quoted. I ahve had carpet cleaning companies come out before and a phone quote will go up 100% or more before they want to get started....then it is high pressure sales. You guys did not do that.

Your workers are very clean, friendly and informed about your product. The only thing that seemed a bit different this time was that the carpets seemed to take longer to dry and they felt a bit crunchy; as if there were soap in them, which I know you don't use. Perhaps this was because this was the first time they have been cleaned; they are relatively new carpets.

I was very concerned about the "waves" in my carpeting after cleaning. Had to call your office to find out I need not worry, that they would go away when carpet was dry. Tech should have mentioned that might happen. Would have saved me quite an upset. Also, you used to include the guard spray in your service. Now it's an additional $75! That's waaaay too much. No thank you! Had a problem with your service last time too, I believe in February. Seems like your company is under new management because your service is not what it used to be.

the service was tailored to our special needs. The carpet being cleaned had been poorly installed, Zerorez took into consideration that there was an issue with dog earing.
Their procuct had a clean odor and di not offend anyone in the office area cleaned.

Very professional. Cleaned capet will. The only thing I was disappointed with was, they did not tell you about the protected coating before coming out. A little on the expensive side.

The differencwe it made to my somewhat worn carpet and oil spots. The only thing I have a p;roblem with is it stretched out my carpet more than it was so I do have some humps of carpet in my living room

The technicians were very thorough and listened to our concerns. They took into account my son's nap schedule so that his room would dry by the time it was needed. We love that there are no harsh chemicals, our pets and family wewre safe to be in the house.

It is a different way of cleaning carpets and will be interested to see after a month how they look. With other places it ususally doesn't last very long. Your service was very good and we are very pleased as of now. The service guy was very nice and explained any questions I had. I am so glad I heard about you on the radio.
