Great service. Some spots needed some additional work. Office staff very friendly and made the follow-up appointment without question. John came out and removed the spots. Very satisfied. Will probably get my tile and grout done, too.

I was confused as to how much I would have to pay to receive the full treatment of zerorez. I thought just $149 but then when the associate arrived, it was $225.00. I was bummed. Now I guess Zero Rez has decided if you want the full service you must pay $225 for 3 rooms not the $149 I was told on phone. They do an excellent job, I was just confused about the price.

This is the secoond time areas did not get sufficently cleaned. You guys had to redo areas last time and this time it's the problem. A second cleaning last time fixed the problem.
The carpet looks GREAT !!! With extremely light colored carpeting (rental house), and a family of 7 --- the high traffic areas were quite worrisome! After it was all dried, not only did the carpet look terrific, but it also smelled so very good!

Very friendly, professional people. Nate did a great job and explained everything he was doing. I like that there is no soap or residue left behind and my carpet dried very quickly.

Make sure you are prepared to service each house with products that will be needed. Asking prior to appointment date if certain products will be needed may help.
The curtain bottom still smells of the dog urine.
Our service technician was very understanding with our particular situation, offering suggestions and options. He was genuinely concerned with the outcome of the services he offered and the company responded quickly with followup assistance. We are THOROUGHLY pleased and already committed to using ZEROREZ again with another house we own.
changing my appointment time, pricing was higher then it appeared would be when scheduling online, and the person that called answered the phone "hello" instead of "Zerorez, how can I help you".

Joe and his trainie came out promptly and did an amazing job. he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I am very happy with the results. I had a three room special for $149. However, by the time he was done with his sales pitch, I paid $283. Much more than I had anticipated but I am still pleased with his work. I will call in the future for further service.
