The gentleman cleaning the carpets was very courteous and did a very nice job. The carpets look very clean and were not soaking wet when he left.

Professional, friendly employee, knowledgeable regarding carpet. Walking pathways and remainder of off white carpet like new when finished. Dried in half the time of other cleaners which use chemicals. No residue left carpet very soft, just like new. Great job at a good price.
I was pleased with the actual work that was done, I was not happy about the lack of clarity from the appointment setter.
I called in and booked a cleaning and waited, the tech showed up in the time scheduled but when I recieved a call from the tech and was informed of a $25 SET-UP fee I was shocked along with the description of of what a room is. The set-up fee was for going to my apartment on the second floor? when I booked the appointment I was asked if the apartment was "hard to get to" NO it's not but that is what I was told was the reason for the fee, and the appointment setter stated that being "hard to get to" is anything not on the ground floor....excuse me but when I gave my apartment # it started with a 2 and at that time it should have been made clear: "oh are you on the second floor"?.
So yes I paid for the service but the added set up fee and the enviormental fee was a bit much, I cancelled a second appointment that I had scheduled as a gift.

The carpet is still dirty & I waited over 5 hours at the rental house and no one showed up or called. Very very disappointed and I spent a lot of money.
It worked. This is the first product that cleaned everything. This was a very positive experience.
The service man was professional and helpful. The product had no smell and it dried shorter amount of time than I was used to with other professional cleaning services. The carpets ended up looking practically brand new.

I've never used you product before - but the advertising on KFYI was so encouraging, that I thought I'd give it a try. Your tech, Alan, was very good, and watching him operate was mind boggeling. He explained everything so well, that I ended up having another two rooms and the kitchen tile done!
I really like the fact that you don't use any chemicals or soaps, and just use steam and power jets. Spots that I had unsuccessfully used commercial products on cleaned up so well, I am now a true believer and will leave those products on the shelves.
The tech explained everything he does and how it works and quoted the same price before and after he was done. The carpets had no sticky residue left on them, and all the stains were out of the carpet! I was also impressed with how fast he cleaned out 3 rooms. I will be using Zerorez again - possibly soon with the way my 3 year old runs around :)

The serviceman was courteous, clean and efficient. Your pledge of no residue was what attacted me. There is no crispyness to my clean carpet. All 3 areas are completely clean. My only disappointment was how long it took to dry - about 48 hours.
Friendly service, great cleaning.
I paid $529 to have my living room cleaned-to remove pet stains. None of them came out. Carlos and Chad were excellent-they were very professional and friendly. I don't think I should have had to pay all of that money if the stains did not come out. I could have had anybody do it for a lot less. So - if you have no stains=I guess it is great-but I would not recommend you to anyone that wants pet stains removed.
