Four years ago another carpet cleaning company told us there was nothing more they could do for our old worn out carpets. This was the best they could do. We heard about Zerorez and called them. We still have our old carpet throughout the house. Zerorez comes out once a year, performs magic - or so it seems to us -- and our carpets still look very respectable. I would not want to be without their service. I have and will continue to recommend them highly. In addition, window cleaning is a breeze with their special water. Lastly, their technicians are competent, helpful, and punctual.
Mason did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the results!!
No crunchy residue left behind, but I think the $14 enviromental charge is like the invented charges you get from the banks when you need a loan.

No soaps or detergents. You also got our brick floor, which was from a building in Chicago built in the 1800s very, very clean!! Much appreciated!
There are a few spots that I feel he could have taken more time with and maybe they would have come out, other than that I would recommend Zerorez to my friends and family
Cody did a great job. He was professional, very thorough and the carpet looks the best it has looked in a long time. But my only complaint is the cost. Your price is considerably more than some of the other companies I have used. Cody told me he was quite sure I would be happy with your service and as I am used to having my carpet cleaned quite often, it would end up saving me money with my carpets staying cleaner longer. I am anxious to see how the cleaning holds up. $850.00 is a lot to spend on cleaning. Thank you!

The service was great. Very prompt. Wore shoe covers for cleanliness and protected all the walls while moving the hoses around. It's the first time I've used this company, so will reserve judgement on the actual product and how well it worked on the carpets
I felt your carpet cleaning was fantastic and my carpets looked great, but for the price, your products could not get my stains out, which prior carpet cleaners have for 1/2 the price I paid for your service. Your representatives were fantastic and tried everything they had with them, but the stains are still in my carpet which some I have removed myself. I would tell people that your carpets will come out clean, but they are not great at removing stains. For the cost I will have to reconsider in the future.
Every aspect of the experience was exceptional. The service crew was professionl, arrived on-time and completed the cleaning as scheduled. They removed a large carpet stain and cleaned tile/grout. The place looks and smells great!

Cleaned our carpet and couch very nicely.....could not believe how nice the couch looks.
Address not confimed; nor phone, first day missed, should have tried me by email; second try, late, your scheduling staff tried hard to make it right, some discount on bill, second tech sent when he called me was with in promised time but arrival afterwards, he didn't have the unit number. After all this some staining remained to my dismay. Apparently your system couldn't handle it, grease? No suggested pre spotting or alternative from tech? No note when he left about why he couldn't get out stains?
