I really like the fact no chemicals are being used. Also, the technician took his time to ensure that the carpets are thoroughly cleaned.

Everything !! Your Tech was very courteous, and knowledgeable. (I will be requesting Levi next time, he was great !!) I will be using your services for all future cleaning of carpets, chairs, couches, etc....

I really liked the idea of using a company that didn't use harsh soaps as I have a 6 month old and 4 year old with severe allergies and skin sensitivity. I felt zero rez was more expensive but I was ok with the price as long as I had a good experience. I was quoted $225 for 4 small rooms and a small area rug. When the technician arrived he said I should not have been quoted over the phone and he needed to do a walk through first, when I told him I already wrote a check as was even told I could pay over the phone he said I could always right another check. When I finally said the high amount I was quoted he was fine with it. I came back in to talk to him about the areas I felt really needed cleaning (we don't have any pets just mainly high traffic stuff and two small stains from a drink and rootbeer in one of the kids rooms) but he was on the phone making a personal call. The assistant who was very polite asked if they could park the van on my driveway which I said was fine, but was not told it would leak which it did quite a bit. The carpet just seemed ok, they never got the root beer stain it didn't even look much lighter and the high traffic areas seem to look like some of the spots are returning already after just a few days.

My carpets have never been cleaner! I loved how there was no soap residue or strong chemical smell. I will recommend zerorez to everyone I know.

No Chemicals

Our carpet seems a lot cleaner -- traffick areas are still quite evident. One problem I would like say is that your people are not allowed to move any furniture which makes it difficult for us -- he wouldn't even help us move a very small dining room table and watched as we did it for ourselves. I probably woluldn't use your services again for this reason. We had already moved everything else out of his way.

Carpet looks new.

Fast, the carpet dried in 6 hours or less. No smell, only smell of fresh clean carpets.
The dirt came out and some of the paint stains.

The cleaning process works very well, just as advertised. And...I love the corner protectors! The last company we had clean our carpeting really banged up the walls and corners. The two techs that cleaned our carpet we're so careful that they didn't really need the corner protectors. However, we just had our house painted so I'm glad they use them.

I was amazed by the results of the cleaning that was done on my 5 year old, light colored, sectional. It had never been professionaly cleaned before. Your employee was fantastic! He let me know that he would try his best to get all the stains out, but there may be some traces of stains after it dried. Two hours after he left, my sectional was completly dry and I could not believe my eyes! There were "No Stains Left!" My sectional looked new again! I will definetly call Zerorez in the future for my other cleaning needs. As for your employee, He was clean, very nice and had great work ethics!

More price disclosure online (the price at time of service was higher due to alleged increased work needed). I also called your office BEFORE booking to ask about tile cleaning method and the lady in your office was NOT very knowledgeable about the process/method (I had to pry information out of her as to how you did the process). The actual work in the field was done VERY WELL and the service tecnichian was friendly, prompt, and complete.

After the carpet dried, I could still see areas that some stains. I feel that some of the carpet cleaners that I have used in the past would have been able to get them out easily.

Friendly and knowledgeable technician, no residue.

I liked that there wasn't a soap smell afterwards. The carpets really looked and felt better. I was amazed that the worst carpet , that I thought was a hopeless case looked almost like new again. WE would use zerores again.

Items get a thorough and deep clean with minimal drying time.

No soaps, etc-----just using simple chemistry, ie, positive & negative ions & let nature do the rest! Out service rep is an outstanding young man!

The technicians were polite, and my sofas look better than I thought possible. The sales pitch for products and services was a bit much though.

condition, and now look like new, and they are 25 years old!! The service was fast and very friendly.I will do this again next year.

Not only do my carpets look clean, they feel clean. They do not feel stiff and full of soap and chemicals. I have used the same cleaning company for a number of years. Going forward however, I will be scheduling my carpet cleaning with ZEROREZ.

I have a lung disease. Your products are not hard on my lungs and the carpets are both clean and soft. Your personnel are always courteous and do a great job on our carpets.
