The service was great, the techs were very professional and thoughtful. I felt that the tile pricing was a little high but still worth it.
Job done quickly, quietly, efficiently - carpets were clean and soft after cleaning. Service men were clean, polite and efficient.
I am waiting this afternoon (Between 2 and 6) for them to return as the spots have not come out and it is looking worse.It is now 5.45 p.m.
I would recommend the workers however as they seemed very efficient. I have already refered you to a friend.

I thought that the technician did a fantastic job, but I was surprised that some carpet areas were "crunchy" (maybe from soap remaining from a prior do-it-yourself cleaning) and the master bath tile floor was actually sticky to the point of tracking footprints and wheelchair tire tracks.
Prompt, efficient, courteous, worker who took care with our baseboards and did a very good job on our tile and carpet.
I am a repeat customer.

I like that my carpets are more clean than ever without using harsh chemicals. Your staff is always friendly, professional and do a fabulous job. Your cleaning process does not have a negative impact on the environment. What else could you ask for?

We've used Zerorez a couple of times - our "very beige" carpet looks like new and stays clean for quite awhile. We are very pleased with the process and the guys who have come to clean the carpet are full of information and seem to care. Thank you for the excellent service.

Heard about your company on the nearly famous Barry Young show and I am glad I arranged for ZEROREZ to clean carpets on April 28th. The guys did a great job; the carpets are clean and have no residue. Also had tile cleaned and am very happy with the results. Good work.
The lack of soaps that leave residues. The cleaning also lasts longer.

I like the idea of no soaps or cleaners being used on my carpets. This is the first time we have used zerorez. I'll hold final judgement for giving friends a recommendation to use you for couple of months. I want to see how my carpets look then.

Th service in our home was excellent and your service person was very professional. My only concern was that in my initial call I mentioned the $129 rate for the first three rooms as advertised that day by Danny Davis on KOY, I was told that rate would be honored. When the bill was emailed to me after the service that rate showed as $149 and when I questioned it, I was told the special had ended in February (I made the appt in early April). Linnie, the person I spoke to on Apr 28th, did speak to the manager and got back to me, telling me that they would honor the $129 rate and refund the difference. It should have been noted at the outset, however.

Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job! Our carpets were completely overdue for cleaning and zerorez was the very best choice.
I have used your service for multiple properties for many years and have always thoroughly likes your technicians. However, the technician I had this past week was not good. He lied to me directly to my face and I felt as though he was trying to upgrade my services and increase my charges. Do they now work on pure commission? The gentleman left a very bad taste in my mouth...

Quick response and professional service. Tech was very knowledgeable and completed all the work in a timely and careful way. Also there were no chemical fumes and surfaces dried very quickly. I ;had tile carpets and upholstered items cleaned and am very satisfied with everything. There was one area rug in a dark room that was difficult to clean and while wet it was difficult to tell if it was completely clean. When it dried I thought maybe an additional cleaning would help. I called and was immediately called back to schedule a follow up appointment to re-clean the rug. Thank you all.
