Clean, Clean, Clean! Soft and beautiful! A little expensive. But worth it. You get what you pay for. Very nice young man. Very professional. I will never go back! Zerorez is the best! Thank you to Matt on KNIX, he is the one who hooked me up with zerorez and their phone number.
It took overnight for many areas to dry. when it finally dried, there were many
dark streaks that I was very disappointed in. I am in a process of deceiding to call you and tell you that I really thought my carpet would really look cleaner.
The cleaning product is odorless and has no checmicals that can harm humans or pets. Technicians are professional and courteous.
Employees are professional and efficient. Carpet and tile look and feel new when complete.
The technicians might go over the job and point out any areas where the stains were not able to be completely removed. I found two areas, one where the stains were definitely lighter (that was good), the other where it looked like nothing had been achieved. Since I don't know if the techs even saw this area, I don't know if they weren't able to remove the problem, or if it was missed. It would have been nice to know. However, in all fairness, the majority of the job was superb and stains that I didn't think would be removed, were. All in all, the place looks very good.
Everything! It is rare to find a company that does everything right. The only thing that would make it better is if it was free, but that would be stupid.
carpet was wet the next day, though promised in 3-4 hours.....a wet, dusty/dirty smell was immediately apparent, and lasted for several days.....our operator was overworked that day, the week of Thanksgiving, and obviously did not have the strength to pull the dirt from the deepest part of the carpet, as we were last on a long list of customers that day--we were scheduled for 6-8 pm that night...I'm not a happy camper, and will not be using zerores again!
Your service representative was helpful and energetic, did a good job. I like very much that your product is environmentally safe, and removes old residue.

We rent a house that has 12 year old carpet in it. I had attempted to clean it myself several times but could never get the stains out. Zerorez did a great job and we are thrilled with the results. The customer service is an A+.

Your cleaning process is amazing. Our 7 year old carpet looks and smells like new. Our tile looks great. You treated our grout and it looks so good. Our area rugs look like new - colors very bright. Our holiday guests told us that our house smelled and looked very clean BEFORE we told them that the tile and rugs had been cleaned.
Your people are so professional, courteous and friendly. The team that came to our home kept me involved during the entire process - showing the "before and after" difference, explaining their process and telling me how to use the cleaning kit that I purchased. When we call again, it would be great to ask for the same two guys, even though that is probably not possible.

I wish u all could see the before and after pictures, they did a fantasice job. I have white carpet and live with two dogs, two cats and three men so needless to say I had mud tracks throught the house. Now they are gone... I love it.

Casey stated that our living room/dining area covered the 3 rooms @$129. I think that is an overstatement. If you drew a line down the center of the room, I believe it would be more like 2 rooms. He was high pressure in a suit. When he quoted $20 for an area rug, I thought that was a very good deal, and it looks nice. Then, he pressured for cleaning the couch which has a slipcover. He did not quote a price, but I thought the $20 for the area rug was reasonable & 'went for it'. He charge $130. It's a slipcover. I could buy a new one for a bit more than that. I am still angry 10 days later. $Three hundred eighty dollars for carpet cleaning is really over the top, and as they say, I am going to tell my friends. It was not satisfactory, too high pressure for the amount of work done.
I don't think disappointed is what I am feeling. The only thing I knew about Zerorez was what I hear in your radio adds. Things like on chemicals and the first thing the man did was come in with a pump up stray bottle and start spot spraying. As for the carpet, it looked great when he was done but by the nest day some of the spots were coming back.I used Zerorez as a time saver but I will probable go back to cleaning my carpet myself.
Our carpet looks very clean & fluffy. We liked the approach of no soap being used, therefore no soap left in the carpet to collect dirt. The two men providing the service were very friendly & accomodating. We will use Zerorez in the future.
