Made my carpets look new again!
The entire process was very professional and orderly. The technician was polite and very careful with my newly painted walls, as well as thoughtful with my pets. I am placing my house on the market and, quite frankly, I did not know my carpet and stone floor could still look this good. I will use them again in my new home.
Fast and friendly service. The technician was knowlegeble of the product and took the time to explain what and how he was cleaning the carpet.

If the no rez is a fact, it is fantastic. The crew was highly trained, and very courteous.
A very special figurine was broken and lying in the cabinet shelf. In calling the office the conversation went basically that it was broken some other way than thru the tech.
What it really came down to in my words was I was trying to "rip" the company by expecting them to do something about this. The PR from this and a previous time will not give a good rommendation about zerorez. The customer is always wrong!!!

The carpets were so clean and didn't have that squeaky, slippery residue on them that the last guys left. Plus, the carpets were matting from all the old residue. Now, even after a couple of months, the fibers are staying separated and clean. Thanks!

Service technician was personable, and our tiles are very clean.....But after watching the "sealing" process, I have to wonder if it was worth the price--did it actually cover and will it actually protect ?

I was very happy that Zerorez cared so much about the quality of their work and they were very concerned that I wasn't 100% satisfied initially. They sent out another great employee who redid the job at now cost to me and I was very impressed with the cleaning.
I was very satisfied with Levi's professionalism,however I still have the odor that I complained about. I purchased the extra and it did not take care of the problem. I just feel that I wasted my money this time. I will call again for other reasons but not odor.

When I called to schedule service, the lady who took the call was so polite. She was knowledgable and answered all my questions. I recieved my confirmation email and my "on our way call" as described. The rep that came to the house was friendly, honest, and professional. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He did a fabulous job on the carpet- it looks great! I was very pleased with the entire experience.
