I told the tech that I heard the add on the radio for $119 for 3 rooms but he said that was withdrawn. I had heard the ad when I reserved my spot and then again the day before the cleaning.

We are dissatisfied with what we feel was misleading when we talked with the office when we set up the appointment. We explained we had a dog urine problem in one room. It was explained that you have a new solution and it only cast $25.00. This was misleading because the service agent further explained that it was not just $25.00, but $25.00 per 8 square inches. This amounted to a $150.00 to $200.00 for you $25.00 solution. I consider the conversation with the office during our initial call to be very misleading. In the future you should explain it $25 for every 64 square inches. As for the normal carpet cleaning and tile cleaning and sealing, this service was good. That's why we've used you the last three time.

Well, to begin with, the final cost was out of sight: around $260 for a 400 square foot park model and only 60% of it was carpeted. Because of the high price you charged I would use extreme caution in recommending your service.

I guess what really disappointed me was the high score you were awarded by the Better Business Bureau.... I expected a service that wasn't kin to a "bait and switch".

It was the first time having the carpets professional cleaned. It didn't leave the carpeting crunchy and it dried quickly. We were having it cleaned to help sell the house. The house sold that night.

I was real happy with the cleaning job and especially happy that it didn't take too long for my carpets to dry. I understand the truck has much better suction than the vans do so in the future, I will request the truck come to my house. I have one complaint and that is that the gentleman doing my cleaning did not go back behind the toilets and I could definitely see that he didn't. I felt the carpet and it was dry there.

I was expecting to pay $129, but thought it might only be $119 since that was the price being advertised on KOY the morning they came out. However, it ended up costing $230 which I consider an exorbitant amount for such a very small area. In the detail it mentioned 6 hallways--I don't really have any. The 3 steps from the squared-off living area to the front bedroom really doesn't qualify as a 'hallway' and is more than made up for by the way the kitchen comes into the living area. I suppose the way between the kitchen and the back bedroom might qualify as 2 hallways as there is a bend in it, but the total area barely makes one. Whether your people did a better job than another company/method would have is yet to be seen. All-in-all the advertisement is VERY misleading.

The tech that came was clean, informative and professional. I was hesitant to put too much money towards cleaning the low quality carpets through out our home. But they came out looking nice and clean. And I feel good about having the new baby we are expecting crawl around on them. It was money well spent.

First of all the Professionalism and Customer Serive was exceptional! Everything was explained in clear detail when I originated the the apppointment in the phone.

The Service Technicians who came to the house to clean the carpets were very friendly, and again reinterated all the details of the process.

They did an INCREDIBLE job of cleaning the carpets. They continually focused on the work at hand and we very diligent and respectful of my belongings and personal property.

I like the fact there was NO SOAP used in the cleaning process was great. Also there where no offensive orders either

They really clean the carpets and it is natural with no funky smells or soaps. We had some tough spots that we didn't think anyone could get out and zerorez did!

It realy works. Carpet looks brand new and Chem dry was the prior one time cleaner. I will use you again.
