Zerorez was the best choice I could have made for my home. The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. They answered all questions I had before the cleaning took place and even took time to explain as they were doing the carpets. I had a spot on my carpet where the dog had left a mark and now the spot and the smell is completely gone. My carpets look better and smell better than they have in a long time. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for an awesome carpet experience.

The carpet cleaner that came gave me the impression that he possibly couldn't clean the carpet because we had had a leak. I had to defend my decision by explaining all the steps we had taken to care for the carpet after the leak. This was very irritating, but because I like the zerorez process I didn't kick him out.
That my carpets are clean with no residue.

Tech was barely there an hour. Grout next to walls is still black. 390 $ was way too much.. Our friends had their whole house cleaned and sealed for 700 and tech washed by hand grout around walls by another company
no smell, excellent customer service (came on time and gave proper estimate of time it would take); outstanding accounting ahead of time of what my costs would be.

The young man who did the work was very helpful and courteous. He was careful and did a very thorough job of cleaning our carpets. The carpet stays clean longer as there is no soap residue.
My kitchen tile and grout were disgusting with ground in dirt and grim. The Zerorez steam cleaning made it look like new!

Professional technician. The process to book online was quick and the time it took to clean was quick. Lead time to make appointment was way, way too long. Didn't like that quote online was not guaranteed - to be changed at time of appointment was concerning.
