I felt that Kolbe was very professional in the way he worked, and was very polite, and courteous. He worked very hard to get stains out of my carpets, and was able to do this. I would not have anyone else do my carpet cleaning from now on. I certainly would recommend, your services to anyone. It is just the same old story. You get just what you pay for. You pay for quality, and you get quality.

The product is really great! My carpets always come out clean, fresh, and dry so much quicker than other companies I've tried. I have my favorite techs but when they assign a new one, I'm always very pleased with their work and professional and friendly attitudes. Zerorez never disappoints me.

The technicians are always very well trained, professional and polite. I recently called on very short notice to have some serious pet stains removed. Thankfully Zerorez was able to send someone out the same day as I was leaving on vacation. Was doubtful the stains would completely come out, but the technician took his time and used the right products to completely lift out the stains. The carpet looks like new. Thank you Zerorez!
