Our grout still needs cleaning. The zerorez tech claimed that the dark areas were thinset from the original installation.
Cleaning without chemicals that give a much cleaner appearance and overall eliminate previous odors. I also enjoyed the friendliness of everyone involved and professional way of getting the requested jobs completed in a timely manner.

First of all I don't know what products were used other than water. If some chemical was used please let me know what it was. My understanding was your company does not use chemicals, just water only.

I love the that my carpets stay clean for a long time after they are cleaned. I went for more than a year and a half before I needed them cleaned again. Your techncians are always courteous & professional.
I was amazed at how clean both carpet and tile was after treatment. I have had multiple companies clean the carpet and it was not as clean and also stiff to walk on after the process.
