I don't know what porducts you use... but the spots in my rug came out and they look great . I've had them cleaned before and after awhile the spots came back. I would highly recommend your company .
I have used Zerorez myself for a few years and my daughter also uses Zerorez. We have tried many, many other carpet cleaning companies and we have found that the solution and method of applying the solution seems to result in much cleaner carpets. We have actually had them clean certain carpets which we thought might have to be replaced and they actually were able to get the stains and dirty pathways out. I find their technicians to be very professional and friendly.

Simply the best cleaning service I've ever used.
To start off, the follow-up phone calls and emails confirming my appointment were perfect. When the technician Casey Canavan arrived he was very polite, professional and listened to my questions. Casey also answered my questions and explained what he was going to do.
I also like the fact that your equipment was clean and that Casey put hose guards down to protect my furniture and walls.
I will and have already recommended your company to coworkers. If you have flyer's that I can post on the bulletin boards at work I would be willing to do that. I work for the city of Phoenix and I would recommend your company to everyone.
If I had one request it would be when I initially called to set my appointment up I felt Brittney didn't seem too enthusiastic about scheduling my appointment. When Brittney called back later that week she was a little more "friendly" but, I still was concerned on how the rest of the job would go.

My carpet looks cleaner, feels softer, and my dog's allergies have improved.
Last time I used Zerorez you cleaned one full room, one room with only traffic lanes and a inexpensive nylon throw rug for $133.00. This time you wanted to charge me $180.00 for the same job. I tried to reason with you but to no avail. I had the full room and the traffic lanes in the other room cleaned and told your technician to not clean the throw rug. I do not understand how you can justify the almost $50.00 up charge on the exact same job. I was quite upset and will not recommend Zerorez to anyone.
The price is extremely expensive. The radio advertising suggests a price that is never attainable due to undisclosed $14 fee and that a room is considered 300 square feet but a 100 square foot room is considered the same while a 400 square foot room is considered two rooms.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable about my particular situation and gave me an accurate assessment of the the result that I should expect as a result of treatment and cleaning that I recieved. I am very satisfied with Zerorez and will be using you for all of my carpet cleaning needs. I would highly recommend your service to anyone.
