What our clients think of us!

My carpet still seemed dirty after cleaning I wiped the carpet with a white towel and it came up brown and the carpet wasn't even that dirty to begin with. Not very impressed the commercials make it sound like you guys were the best in the business but I'm not sure that. To make things right I would think my carpet needs to be re cleaned
:

The carpet is not as clean as the last time zerorez cleaned it.
We are disappointed in the job that was done.

The cleaning techs were very professional, friendly and I am very happy with the results of their cleaning. They were very thorough in cleaning and explained any additional cleaning that they could offer while they were here. I appreciated the information. And the price of the cleaning was very reasonable. My carpet looks brand new!

Your servicemen were polite and hardworking. The carpet looked clean.

I love that it is water and how there is no odor. I had Andrew come out to my house and he was WONDERFUL. Every time we have zerorez come (3 times so far) it's great but ANDREW was awesome. Thank you Zerorez, and thank you ANDREW!

Your max room size is 300 sq'. However, if you have small bedrooms (average 100-144 sq' & bed etc. remain in the room & a small hallway especially if theyr'e an extension of the room (average 4x4 - 6x4) those should be included & not charged separately.

Carpet is not crunchy and you were on time!!!!

The technician is always very professional and knowledgeable. No degergent residue in the carpet to attract dirt. The carpet is dry in a few hours.

Courteous techs & no chemical smell left in the carpet.

On time, good customer service, polite employees. Carpets look like new.

We appreciate the professionalism of the technicians and the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals. Our carpets really do stay cleaner for longer...

Professional, efficient and timely service.

The carpets come out cleaner when you use your special water to lift the dirt and then vacumn up the dirt and take it away in your truck. Dominic did an excellent job on our carpets - they almost look new and they are 11 years old.

Reliable servicemen Great cleaning products

I like that you do not use chemicals! The man that came to my son's house was very nice. I really liked him.

The result was fantastic. Hard to believe how great the carpet, tile, and grout look. Our technician Wally, took the time to teach us how to best maintain the tile and grout in the best condition.
