I was pleased with the technician that came to my home. It wasn't one of those in and out and your done. He took time to clean the carpets and went over the areas several times that was really dirty. I have a dog and it started to get that doggy smell on the carpet and the smell is gone. I had the kitchen tile done too-looks great. A neighbor across the street asked how I liked Zerorez and I said I was pleased how it turned out. She then said I'll ask you in a month to see if you still like the way it looks.

We were very impressed with our Tech & his ability to get our carpets & tile ie. grout very clean. The best we have EVER had done. We also appreciate your new pricing policy & will now do the rest of our tile floors soon. We couldn't afford to before. Thanks for your great products & especially our last tech.

Efficiency, courtesy and an excellent value.
The carpets seemed very clean without the usual "crunch" sound. The technician was very nice and informative. Felt it might have been a little pricey as the bed and armoire and dressers, desks, heavy chairs were still in the rooms. I wasn't able to move those pieces; therefore, didn't get the entire room cleaned, but still had to pay for that. I would recommend Zerorez to friends.
Excellent job! Our floors look & feel so clean. The crew was at our house longer than I expected. I appreciated that they took the time to do a thorough job. It was much more expensive than I anticipated. After seeing the invoice I noticed that I had forgot to include several areas. That's the one problem when trying to calculate space over the Internet.
Worth the price, though. I will use the company again, I'll just be better at measuring my space!
We were targeted to have 5 rooms of carpet and stairs done. When the technician arrived, he informed my husband that because of the room size area rug in one of the rooms, there would be a $20 extra charge. We did not have this done and yet we were still charged for the 5 rooms of carpet, etc.
White spots weree found on the grout throughout the house. Had to be wet mopped or sponged. Residue left on the numerous tiles. Partial refund might be appropriate.
My carpet came out great but the tile looked like you did nothing,and it cost 225.00
My carpets are the cleanest they have ever been. The crew is very professional. I really like that they wear the booties and mop up the excess water.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable about carpet stains, pulled threads, etc. Very professional and gave me lots of great tips. He was able to get stains out that no other company has.
Your products don't leave our carpets so wet. Nice employees. very nice and courteous. We can just depend on you to do a good job.

I had high expectations for your results after listening to your ads on the Barry Young show. You exceeded my expectations. I did forget to have you clean the back splash in my kitchen. We will need to get it cleaned next time.
It's probably not in relm of starting your business, but the enviromental fee may be a deterent for some customers as they don't pay this fee with other carpet cleaners in the valley. Other than that I can say that my carpets look great, as I will be telling friends and family.
Carpets look great, and soft. Prices were reasonable.
Technician (Pete} was terrific. The completed job was terrific, too.
