Your good I just dont't think your as good as you say and next time I will shop around and use you only if the price is right.
Professional, personable, neat, careful, considerate.
I have no complaints about the service I received from this company. The person who cleaned my carpet went above and beyond my expectations in this regard. I am happy with the entire experience. However before recommending them to anyone else I would advise them of the additional enviornmental fee.
No recommendations for improvement. Very pleasant experience over all.

Jonathan Shields was very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. He believes in the product and therefore is a great spokesperson for Zerorez.
I am so glad I choose Zerorez.
My carpets have never looked so clean after being treated by other companies. Frankly I was shocked how well they turned out. I have already started recommending them to family and friends.
Employees were well trained and able to do their jobs.
it works!!
Cost is too high
The stains in the carpet were very minimal and yet they still remain. Also, I expected the grout to be cleaned completely. I have had this service done previously and every grout line was back to its original color. This wasn't even close.
The process used by your company really picks up the dirt and does not seem to leave a residue behind on the carpet. Worker was very professional and concerned about customer satisfaction.
I like that no chemicals are used.
The guy who came and cleaned the carpets was very nice and helpful. I had stains and smoke smell in the carpet from renters who had smoked in the house. The smell is gone, but the stains have unfortunately quickly returned.
I like the promptness of the service, the results of the cleaning and the courtesy of the technician.
They are chemical free, leave no residue and do a great job!
Good service and products. Especially like the faster drying time and no detergent for carpets.
Your technician was very personable and seemed to be fair with his pricing. He did an excellent job and was thorough.

The tech, Mike, was friendly & knowledgeable. He was also thorough and is a hard worker. Thank you!
Carpet looks great, and dried quickly.
I was very happy with the work that Ken did at our house. I was especially thrilled that he was able to clean the grout in the kitchen. I was told last time that it could not be done for fear it would get water under the tile. It looks great!! I also noticed after last time how much longer our carpet stayed clean. I will have you out again!
Technician Troy was very knowledgeable and professional. Carpet cleaned up very well.
Your process works great. I was really surprised at how clean you got my carpet. It's been a month and none of the old stains have returned like I've seen happen with other cleanings. The gentleman you sent out was very pleasant. Great customer service. On schedule, came when you promised. Just all around great service. Often times thats hard to find. I have already bragged to friends about what a great service we've received. Thank you!
