PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND COURTROUS.
Very friendly people. I liked the way the carpets looked and felt after they were cleaned. It didn't have that soapy crunchy feel to them and they dried quickly.
I had a large commercial area cleaned. The servicer who helped me was very profissional but it did seem to tale quite a while for the job to be completed.
Your associates are friendly and do an excellent job
The technician was great and arrived on time. If I had know that the cleaning technique on my "Satillo" did not accomplish what I had expected which was based on the radio advertisment (KNIX) I would not have had the work performed. The annoucement said they would look like new and that was not true, I have seen videos where this style of tile did look clean, but I was not satasifed with the end result. I will still have to have them cleaned in the future.
No residue and my carpets smell clean

I was very happy right after the carpets were cleaned - but now the areas that were dirty before the cleaning are looking dirty again - and it has only been two weeks. I thought Zerorez was supposed to fix the problem of dirt being attracted to these areas. We paid A LOT of money for this service and am not happy with the quality.

Mark was professionl, informational and good. I am very pleased with the results. When setting up the appointment though, costs were not made clear, hall costs, environmental fee and not good info on carpet protectant, but I still like the company
Not using soap to clean the carpets
Your tile cleaning service left me 4 full hours of clean up. Left my floors filthy and covered with residue. I insist on a refund. I contacted your office yesterday by phone and email a number of times with no response. I could not wait another day to hear from you! My floor looked so bad, I had to hand scrub the entire serviced area and rinse these areas twice to remove your product from the floor. I suggest someone of authority from zerorez contact me or I will take futher action.
You deliver what you promise (the carpets look great) and your representatives are respectful, polite, hardworking. They tell you about other services available but don't drive you crazy with pushing those services every ten minutes. I guess they know we will be so satisfied, we will be calling back.
Price was different than advertise. Advertisement says mix and match tile or carpet. Grout was still dirty in places.

I like the results. You worked on our "hopeless" carpet for the last 4 years, and it's still looking fairly well. No need to replace it yet. That's good news for our pocket book. By the way, another carpet cleaning company did tell us that our carpet was "hopeless".

Your product cleans better than any product used on my carpet, tile and upholstery. I was especially impressed with the way it cleaned my tile and grout. It has never looked so good, and it felt so smooth and silky under my feet. No stickiness! The carpet is soft under my feet. My 30 year sofa looks almost like new. Cody our service man did an excellent job and was great to work with. I WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS

They are free of harmful chemicals!! Zerorez works on everthing from grease on car floor mats to coffee stains on furniture. I tell everyone I know what a great product I use and always recommend ZEROREZ for their carpets and tile. I heard about you on KFYI....keep up the advertising on this conservative radio station. Clean & curtiouse
The price is WAY too high! I can't afford to do that again. The results were excellent, and the spots where he did the special treatment for dog messes are excellent. However, charging $25 for each spot, when I've got a puppy that's going through house training, is way out of the park.

The two fellows, Brandon and Dominic were well trained and so courteous. I was impressed. Also, they did a great job and I commend them. My tile floor look almost new. Prior, you have cleaned my carpets and they are still looking good! Thnak you and I would highly remommend yo company to my friends. Charges were well within reason. Thank you. I will verbally recommend your services to people I know but do not want to do it publicly for security reaons.
Happy with carpet cleaning. Grout somewhat less so.
Very impressed by measures taken to protect corners of walls from hoses used to clean and also that technician wore booties to protect cleaned carpet while still wet.
