I'm sorry, I was looking forward to getting my carpets cleaned. We used you guys several yrs ago and I was were happy w/ your service. The service and your carpet tech were fine. I just feel you are overly priced. I was quoted approx. $467.00 and it ended up being $687.00 wow! The carpets look nice but have some stiff areas and lots of dark spots still. While scheduling I told the guy that our house was 4400 sq. ft. Quote was way off.
I was thinking for that price the dark areas would have looked cleaner. The last time you came it was more affordable. Why has the priced gone up so much? OUCH! anna

You did an amazing job on our carpet. It had been essentially ruined by another carpet cleaning company who tried in vain several times to fix it. We thought we had no option but to replace it. It was completely amazing to see the results as you went over the carpet and it changed from a nasty black back to its original color. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. The technicians were extremely professional, clean cut, crisp uniforms, and did everything they could do to make us happy. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate you a 15. You will get a ton of positive word of mouth advertising from us!

While the carpet looks clean overall, I have two concerns:
1. The nap seems stiff, making me wonder if there is residue. It feels like walking on dry grass.
2. There are some areas that didn't seem to come completely clean. This is concerning because the carpet in question was not deeply dirty to start with.

The whole reason I went with this company is because of the deep clean without chemicals. The guy that came was really nice, but he was in and out of my house in less than an hour for three large rooms and a hallway. The carpets stunk for a few hours after and now were crunchy in areas when you walked on the carpet. I cleaned them again two days later and the water was dark brown which tells me they were not cleaned well to begin with.

The prices were affordable, the technician was super friendly, professional, and honest!

You try to do your best to remove spots and have the carpet look like new.

Your carpet cleaning service did not raise the furniture dimples in my carpet. I have used Stanley Steamers twice (in different locations)and never had a problem with this.

Your pricing is variable in nature. I got 5 different quotes on my last service, including 3 when the tech was in my home. I never knew the real charges, estimated charges in advance. Other companies were more precise in their quotes.

He did a good job and the price was right.

My carpet looks like brand new and it's 12 years old. It is wonderful to walk on with my bare feet. It's very soft, not crunchy. Kirby did a fantastic job. We've already recommended your service to a neighbor.

I like the non smell no chemicals as I have allergies to chemicals and smells. I like the way Brain went out of his way to help me get really clean tile and carpets. He is nice and cheerful and I enjoyed having him in my home. The man with him was also nice, BJ I think, he is new and help where he could and did a good job. I have used you once before and I will continue to use you as opposed to others that use chemicals. When I called I told you that I heard an adv on 94.5 Kool FM for 3 Rm @ $119. You refused to honor it. Really that was very poor customer service. Your customer service is what should set you apart. Lots of people clean carpet, you should strive for great customer service. As a result I cleaned 4 rm total not 5 as planned. The result was I reduced my bill $43 to make up for the price difference. If you had honored 119 you would have cleaned 1 more room & increased your profit. I asked for apt early, was told it would be between 8-10. I was called on Fri prior and told by Al that apt was 11A - 1P. I asked Al to speak to manager, he said non was avail but he would have them call Mon at 8AM. No one ever called Mon AM. You ddi arrive at approx. 8:45 AM. This stuff is silly customer service failures, you should strive to be better. Call to discuss if you wish Cell Phone number removed
