I like the professionalism of the people, and the time and effort that Jeremy put into restoring our furniture.
The technician was excellent in service, we had a stain from gun oil and it's gone!! He was on time, & professional.

Friendly service.
We were going to have our carpeting replaced when a neighbor suggested Zerorez. We figured we'd give it a try. mabe we cvould get another 6 months out of our old stiff and crunchy carpet. that was four years ago !!!! Our stiff and crunchy carpet is now soft and fluffy! The Zerorez proceedure removed all the soappy build-up from previous cleaners and returned my carpeting to its intended color and plushness. Lenny is so helpful with scheduling an appointment that works for you. Mark or Casey, two of their incredible techs, actually shows up on time, talk with you about your carpet and their procedure. I thought the technician was careless and clumsy.He misquoted on the cost of an area rug and then did not have any expertise in how to clean it. He was pleasant and willing to try but I would have preferred a more experienced person.Your company was recommended to me 2 years ago when we bought our home by the builing inspector--he said you were the best because of your method of cleaning. While i do believe that--and while the first time was good-I was discouraged after Monday's experience

The redo was done very well. Andrew was very professional, and did a great job.

Tech was well trained and very professional and courteous. Daniel Seville was his name. Carpet was heavily soiled and most of soil was removed.
The carpets look like new and Joe, the technician, was very informative as well as a pleasure to interact with.

The techs are friendly, clean and knowledgible. I like that I can walk on my carpet within hours and there are NO chemicals and no smell

The carpet in the house turned out very nice. The technician did not do a good job on the tile at all. It was spotty at best with many areas not cleaned at all. I really expected a better job for the money that I paid, and they were more than 2 hours late for our appointment

He did a nice job and was very accommodating.
Technician was on time (most places give you a 2 hour window and show up after that window) and took his time cleaning the carpeting. He was not rushed. I felt that he took pride in his job and the carpeting looks great.
With the weekend's experience, not sure of whether to recommend you. Your bad scheduling cost us some scurrying around that seemed unecessary. Your broken equipment cost us a full day of having someone inconvenience themselves and be available. Your not getting the job done until late on Saturday caused us to leave items outside that got rained on and we aren't sure of the damage that caused. We appreciate the credit on the particular order and the attitude/appearance of your technicians, but the overall experience was certainly not a good one for us.
