As realtor and Landlord I need the technician to follow my orders and not do what he feels like. The technician chose to ignore me and caused issues with discussing things in front of the tenant. I asked him to step outside when he asked me for my charge card, and he acked like he was incapable of understanding the request. I berated him for expecting me to give my charge card info in front of stranges and then he challenged me by saying I was not his mother and could not talk to him like that. You need to train your technicians that a Landlord has a delicate balance to play when dealing with tenants, and if I cannot get technicians who are willing to work with me and let me do the talking to my tenants, then I cannot work with that company.

Our service man was great, very professional and respectful; however, the carpet has stretched in two areas resulting in about 4 - four foot ripples total and loose carpet in these areas. I believe too much suction was applied to these areas. Two of the ripples are in high traffic areas and two were not. Now we are paying additional cost to have the carpet stretched. I have had my carpets cleaned by other systems and this has never occurred. I called Zerorez and they said it's not their fault and even indicated that it was possibly the problem of when the carpet was first installed. Really!!! And this has never occurred with any other previous cleanings.

Does a great long-lasting cleaning job. Technician was aware of how I wanted the job done and very capable to accomplish it. I had requested a special attempt to get the drying done quickly, and he brought in a large fan and had it running the entire time. After he left I continued to use ours, and the carpet dried faster than ever which made it available to walk on much sooner.

They were very polite and careful about the walls. I had spilled some wine in one of the rooms and originally, when they cleaned it, it appeared to come up. But after walking on it for a few days the stain came back. They sent out another guy to take a look at it. The problem was that I tried to get it up myself with soap. Unless the soap was sucked out, it would continue to stain. The guy knew exactly what to do and it all came up and it has not come back! Thank you very much!
