Friendly and unobtrusive service. Because of my particular house layout I didn't need everything that the "deal" offered. So the tech made the decision to help even out the cost and service and did a great job! We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Thank you very much.

I'd also like to commend the service technician that did the work. He was early for the appointment, efficient in his work and interested in seeing that I was completely satisfied with the cleaning.
There are no chemicals and it is pet friendly.
Your product is great. It does not leave any odor except one that can only be described as clean. Your personnel are not only courteous, they are knowledgeable, friendly and definetly hard working. We live in an old established neighborhood and we see trucks for other services that visit the same houses year after year. The only service that we have seen changed is that of our plumber. Now about 5 other homes use their services, but it did not happen over night. We have lived in the same house since 1976. As you can see it is a stable community. I will, however, mention your service whenever the opportuity arises.
The thorough job they did. The fact that they measured all areas to be cleaned and sealed and had my price ready for me before they ever began the actual cleaning.
Tile needs to be completely dried, there was an area I did not see until next day, white chalky debri and baseboard warped and pulled away from wall,
