the technician (Derrick) did an awesome job cleaning our carpet. We have had numerous other companies over to clean our carpets but were never happy about the results. We were very impressed on how clean our carpet came out.
I liked the fact that no chemicals are used to clean. Technician was very prompt, professional and friendly. I also liked the notices via phone on scheduling, arrival time, follow-up, etc.

The technician Norm Rogers was great- and took personal interest in making our carpets look as good as possible- and we gave him a real challenge! Also, the odor was gone that just seemed to linger after previous carpet cleanings.

Products smelled awesome, carpet came out looking brand new - despite extreme high traffic area. Even areas the technician made no promises to remove did come out, and looked outstanding. We were quoted 1 hour to complete the work, but it was done it about 45 minutes. The technician was very professional, really nice too! (Also showed up 3 hrs early, which was great).

WE HAD NEW TILE FLOORS INSTALL THRUOUT ARE HOME EVERY WERE. WHEN ALBERT GUTIERREZ WAS DONE ALL OF THE FLOORS WERE SPOT LESS CLEAN AND NO GROUT SAND FELL WAS LEFT. ALBERT TOOK THE TIME TO DO A PERFECT JOB. ON TIME VERY CLEAN FLOORS AND ALBERT CLEAN UP WHEN HE WAS LEAVING HE DID EVERY THING I ASK FOR AND MORE.
This was a redo and the carpet looks like new. I appreciate that zerorez made good and came back to do a redo.

It was fast, quick, and cleaned better than any other carpet cleaning company I have ever used. There was no "up-selling" heavy pressure to purchase additional products to make the carpets look and feel better. I loved that. My technician was very professional. He showed us a before and after and did a fabulous job! I will definitely call Zerorez again!

You're people are fantastic, very nice and polite. We have tried Zerorez twice and both times have been disappointed. Our home doesn't really have the fresh carpet clean smell and last time it took 3days for our carpet to dry. After trying you twice, we feel your company is not for us. The last time we submitted feedback and got no response as to why it took so long for our carpet to dry, we won't expect anything this time either but know that we will not be using you again and will not recommend or refer you to any of our friends and family.

The first time I uesed you the work was awesome. This last time, I wasn't arround and who knows if the guy did anything. I couldn't tell. It looked worse after than before. The grout had a white crap all in it.
He showed up after 6 p.m. It was a Friday night and since I wasn't hanging around to watch, it looks as if he just sprayed crap all over the tile and carpet and left. Everything still looked the same as far as the condition. The only difference was the smell and their is now white crap up in my grout.
