I loved the job the guy did. He took time to answer questions and show the results. However, the day he did the carpets, it was raining, and the scheduling time was later in the day and my husband was due home from work. It didn't get a chance to dry enough before he got home. I should have rescheduled as the carpets got dirty again real fast.
You use no soap or chemicals. Days after my carpets were cleaned, I can feel the difference of not having the residue left on my carpet.
The experience was very positive. Courteous, prompt, clear communication. Thank you!

The only recommendation I would have is to be able to set an appointment the day you call. Getting a phone call a day or two prior and finding out the time is inconvienent and difficult to schedule with my work schedule.

I like the fact that there are no chemical or cleaner residue left behind. the person that came over was very friendly and worked very hard and continually asked if it looked good and if we were satisfied before he moved to the next room.
Your company does not accept American Express as payment. Which is unfortunate in light of the high reputation American Express holds.
Missed some spots even after coming back again after missing all my corners from the corner protectors. Next time I will be sure to ck their work more thorough.

Workmanship...two areas that needed attention are still dirty looking. Had marks from the "wand" however, I had vacuumed them out. Also, I was surprised that your company doesn't rack the pile after the cleaning !!!! Tech was professional and pleasant. No, I would not recommend your company....my neighbors have already asked me !!!

The Employee would not move 4 chairs sitting under the dining room table. I was not home when he started the job. My wife is 66 and has recently had a hip replacement.When I arrived, he was maneuvering around the chairs with the cleaner. I thought that was very strange.I questioned him about his poor judgement in working around the chairs.He said it was company policy.I thought it was total BS!He could have told my wife of the situation.
Red stain did not come out. I was able to get it out myself with Hydrogen Peroxide. Didnt even look like time was spent to try and remove it.
It all worked well...very nice tech, good results...the only reason it isn't a "10" is that a few stains I had hoped would be eradicated are still there...but otherwise a positive experience.
