make the customer aware that the carpets may have a stiff feeling once they have dried. We have used Zerorez in the past and didn't have the stiff/crunchy feeling in the times past, but I did on this service. The customer service rep who called me to inquire about my somewhat dissatisfaction educated me on why the carpet felt stiff this time. (carpets weren't raked because carpet protectant was applied this time.)

I'm very impressed with & grateful for the soil repelant that I agreed to have put on the highest traffic areas of our newly cleaned carpets - I had forgotten all about it until I spilled a little milk on the carpet. I stared at it for a moment thinking it was odd that the milk was just sitting on top of the fibers until I shook myself into action & grabbed a towel to blot up the spill. Then I remembered that I'd had the protectant coat put on. Wow! That was something to see that work. I'm sure glad the technician talked me into putting it on the carpet!
Everything was clean and fresh. The technician was nice and professional. I just didn't like the feel of the "crunchy" carpet directly afterwards.

I had a urine spot in one of the carpets. I paid the extra money for what I believed would remove the smell so that my other dog would not try to mark the carpet as well. I apparently should have not gotten the extra service because it didn't remove the smell and the dog urinated on the carpet. When I called the office I was told that you do not guarantee all the odor will be removed which is what is implied by the technician when the extra service is offered.
Very nice technician, clean-clean carpets that dried in 1/3 the time normal carpet cleaning does. Although about 30-40% more expensive than the other 3 carpet cleaning companies used in the past, it was worth it. The carpets feel and look great.
The house smelled so fresh when your technician was finished cleaning the carpets in my home. He was even able to get almost every spot out of my back bedroom which I thought was a lost cause. It looks great now!
