The product application and result was very good. Better yet was the respect for my time. Two days prior I was given a two hour window. I honestly expected it to be a half hour after the latest given. Instead I recieved a call a good half hour prior to the early time and by the earlier time, the tech was already here and at work.

Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He didn't mess around. Everything came out looking great. The tile and grout haven't been so clean and shiny in years! And the ad is right- the carpet is soft to the touch when dry. Awesome job - a company who delivers what they advertise!

Timely service. The technicians are always well groomed and very polite.

The fact that you don't soak the carpet and your servicemen are always accurate and polite.

Zerorex does not use soap or chemicals to clean carpets. They were prompt, the serviceman was polite and eager to please by going over a soiled area twice. The carpet came out beautiful.

The only concern I had was that Zerores does not help move furniture. Living in a retirment community, that could be a issue with many of my neighbors and friends and the only reason I would hesitate to recommend your company.

The carpets were cleaner than I have ever seen.

I was not thrilled with the last company that cleaned my carpets, this time my carpets looked much better and I like that there aren't any harsh chemicals.

The technicians are courteous clean and friendly. They make sure you as a customer are satisfied with their work as they are doing it and ask if there is anything else they can do to make the service acceptable. No residue - just clean!

Our carpets look and feel clean. We have had houseguests since Zerorez came and cleaned, and even with more foot traffic, the carpets have maintained their fullness, softness, and clean appearance.

We had some pet stains, and without special treatment, nearly all of the stains were removed and have not resurfaced.

No chemicals used to clean the carpets. The carpets were soft after cleaning, not hard and crusty as with other cleaners.

Happy to see old stains removed that other cleaners left behind.
